We received cheap tat

Spent 80€ on the last 3 figures we ordered for my child’s birthday. One figure the arm falls off - the other figure the leg is too stiff you have to really force it to move it.

The were ordered in February for my child’s birthday in April - took 5weeks to arrive so was in time for his birthday.

I’ve reached out to Titan13 highlighting the defects in the toys they sent and they won’t take any action because of the time since ordering !! we wont use this company again as it seems potluck wether the figure is any good or not.

THEY WERE INCREDIBLE!!!! Not only were the figures great but the employees were very helpful. They responded very quickly If they were able to. Also the fig were VERY articlulated which helped me a lot for stop motion.

All good!

We have made a couple orders now, one arrive within a week, the other just over a week. Both packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. The figures are great quality and my son loves them and wants to collect more! Thanks!

Very nice figures

Good figures but they take a while to arrive butte customer service is great Mathew’s goated btw he’s very helpful and shows his concern about my package taking a while to arrive.

I waited anxiously for the 2 figures to…

I waited anxiously for the 2 figures to arrive and when the finally did 1 of them has a broken left arm and the black neck looks like it was twisted off. I've tried messaging them about it so I hope this works to get ahold of someone. My other figure was amazing. I really hope they can replace my other figure because I planned on getting the set. Sorry so long and thank you for reading

Titan13 toy’s are the best

Titan13 toy’s are the best! Both my son and daughter collect these. Every time their friends come over it’s all they play with.
Only improvement I’d suggest is please make more female characters… girls love these too!
And thanks for the Jujutsu Kaisen series my son loves these!
