The toy breaks in half easily and I've been blocked

I purchased a Projection Sourcerer figure on September 10th and it wasn't delivered until September 25th. That aside, when my boy started playing with the figure, he noticed that the waist detached extremely easily. I emailed them and was asked to supply a video, which I did. You only had to nudge the figure and it fell in half! Then the company blocked me! My emails that are being sent are coming back to me undelivered. Plenty of emails have previously been sent to that email. So no replacement being sent, no refund, no nothing. My 9 year is old is left with a defective toy and I'll be seeking a refund from the bank!!

I placed my order on August 29th and…

I placed my order on August 29th and almost a month later I still haven’t received anything. I’ve sent countless emails and all I get is an automated bot response. They are toying with children’s feelings. Do NOT trust this site. I repeat, DO NOT trust this company

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

After almost 3 weeks to finally ship, they put wrong address. Package was returned. They expected me to fix address error with post office while still in US. I spent 30 min on phone and was told only shipper can fix and it costs them $. This whole process has been going on for almost 2 months. They will not send replacement. They are waiting for package to go all the way back to China to then reship. I have asked for refund several times. They never respond to that.

When I got the package it was packed…

When I got the package it was packed beautifully and was nicely done, but when I opened the packaging the box popped out with colour with the Titan 13 logo and the figure in the front

Overall I had a great experience with titan13 and I wish to buy more!

Terrible company if you need to return…

Terrible company if you need to return something. They simply will not provide a return label and insisted upon taking photos and then videos of the item. I just want to send the thing back and be refunded. It has been weeks of this. I just disputed the charge with the bank.
