Helpful Customer Service, but Shipping Could Be Faster

My experience with Titan13Toy has been mixed but overall okay. My order took almost two weeks to ship, and I wasn't initially provided with an estimated shipping date, which was a little frustrating. However, when I contacted customer support, they responded and looked into the delay. Thankfully, my package has now shipped! I appreciate their assistance, but I think shipping times and communication about delays could be improved. I'm looking forward to receiving my order!

My son loves the T13s

My son loves the T13s, however the time of order and time tracking received is lengthy! My son loves the individual packaging! As opposed to when ordered off amazon they threw multiple figures in a bag and some peices were broken. The real t13 came intact.

Ordered two of the same item by mistake…

Ordered two of the same item by mistake and immediately contacted Titan13 to cancel one and get a refund. They promised someone would contact me within 14 hours. Six days later—nothing. I emailed again and got the same automated response.

They shipped both items anyway and never refunded me.

Absolutely terrible customer service and zero follow-through. I’ll never buy from Titan13 again. Save your money and shop somewhere that actually cares about its customers.

Weak wrists, but not bad

My kids were super excited to get these! And generally speaking they're great, but one of the wrists already broke after just a few days of my son playing with them - taking the different hands on and off seems to tax the 3-D printed wrist gauntlets.

The toy breaks in half easily and I've been blocked

I purchased a Projection Sourcerer figure on September 10th and it wasn't delivered until September 25th. That aside, when my boy started playing with the figure, he noticed that the waist detached extremely easily. I emailed them and was asked to supply a video, which I did. You only had to nudge the figure and it fell in half! Then the company blocked me! My emails that are being sent are coming back to me undelivered. Plenty of emails have previously been sent to that email. So no replacement being sent, no refund, no nothing. My 9 year is old is left with a defective toy and I'll be seeking a refund from the bank!!

I placed my order on August 29th and…

I placed my order on August 29th and almost a month later I still haven’t received anything. I’ve sent countless emails and all I get is an automated bot response. They are toying with children’s feelings. Do NOT trust this site. I repeat, DO NOT trust this company
