Why does it take so long for product to…

Why does it take so long for product to be packaged and picked up by carrier? I bought this product and waited way too long to receive it. The earrings were gorgeous so I decided to order another pair for a gift and once again days go by and it still hasn’t been picked up by carrier. “It’s been packaged” is all I hear. Really? How long does it take to package a pair of earrings? Unacceptable!

Not what is pictured

I was so excited to get these earrings. As pictured they are green with white, but when I received them, they’re actually green and blue. Not at all what was pictured or what I wanted.. disappointed. They will go back.

Your delivery service changed my address

I noticed that your delivery service, Veho, had an incorrect delivery address for me. They said their system must have transposed it. Because the package is out for delivery, they said they cannot change the address. Now it is unlikely my package will arrive today. I need it today and I have been billed for it already. Very disappointing. Unacceptable, really.

Clothes were hit or miss; Refund process TERRIBLE

Clothes were hit or miss. I kept a few items that were okay, but not great. Returning is terrible! It took 3 weeks to get a refund and one item I returned was not included in the refund. Customer Service is non-existent. Texting, calling, chatting, emailing...no answer.

I appreciate customer service informing…

I appreciate customer service informing me this had been delivered. There was a mix up in delivery and tracking stated needed to be pickup at my local post office, but was delivered to my home address.

I tried the jacket on and I'm disappointed in the structure of the jacket. Very boxy and not at all taylored. I am returning it. It is not flattering. The double breasted buttons are beautiful but with the straight boxed style it is just not flattering unless your a size 0 or 2.

Great delivery time. Too long!

Great delivery time. Nice, heavy weight denim skirt. However, it was too, too long! I am 5'6" and it touched the floor. Because of the hem design, I would not hem this myself. The last dress I had hemmed cost $60.00. I was unwilling to add this to the cost of this skirt.

Difficult to return item

The website and confirmation email I received when my order arrived, had no place on the site with info on how to return the item. However, after emailing them, they kindly sent me what I needed to make my return. I appreciated their quick and polite response.
As someone who orders many items online, I would recommend they include that info on their site to make it more convenient for their customers.
I want to include that the only reason for the return was the sizing. The dress is lovely and so well made. I have ordered from them before and love their clothing line. Highly recommend them and will order from Tuckernuck again!

Frayed edges all over the dress.

This is my first time buying from Tuckernuck. I was very excited about this dress, but when I opened the package and took it out, I saw frayed edges at the neckline, sleeves, buttonholes and bottom. There were loose threads all over the dress. I don't mind paying for a quality dress, but I do mind when it looks cheap. I'm going to return it. Also, I wanted to speak to a real person when I was considering what size to buy, but that was not a thing and I had to text. I probably won't buy from here again.

I love this dress

I love this dress. The knitting on it is exquisite and I was afraid that the white trim wouldn’t be flimsy, but it’s not. It’s a very classy. I am going to three weddings this summer and it will be my go to for every wedding. I’m short and chubby so I have cute pair of low heels that will pull it together perfectly.

Don’t waste your money

For how much these sandals cost, they look and feel very cheap. I just received mine today and was disappointed when I tried them on. The quality is poor and I doubt they would last longer than a few months. The color looks different in person than it does online. The soles are flimsy and they are overly shiny so they look like cheap plastic. I am trying to return them but the link QR code doesn’t work. I’ll keep trying but now I feel ripped off and am considering never buying from this brand again.

Gorgeous shell dress

It’s a gorgeous dress and it looks amazing for resort wear, however, it runs small and I could not get it zipped all the way. I am usually a 12-14 size and ordered the exlarge, but it fits more like a US size 10. That’s the only reason I’m giving it a 4 star review. If you’re a smaller size, it is fabulous!

So disappointed

So disappointed. I’ve ordered extra small dresses for a couple of years now from Tuckernuck. I love this dress but when I tried it on, I could not even zip it up. I’m 5 foot one and 105 pounds and have always had an extra small from Tuckernuck. As this is a final sale item, doubly disappointed that obviously the sizing is all over the place.

Dress is beautiful. Smells of smoke.

Dress is beautiful! Fit is perfect! It reeks of cigarette smoke, however I’m not sure what to do about that.Maybe worn and returned? I feel like I should be able to wear it without having to launder or dry clean it first. Not sure if this is distributor or manufacturer problem. For the price it should not be an issue, there clothing looks beautiful overall.
