I signed up to get a little more information and was immediately bombarded by robocalls and text messages all from different area codes. I mean there were 5 in less than a minute. Seemed suspicious so I looked them up on Trustpilot and didn't like what I saw. Hard pass.

I'm very impressed with their level of communication, expertise, and professionalism. They have also removed all the hard work from my shoulders!

We had a clerical error from account that caused irs wanting 80k from us. We moved couple times nad didn't know about it. Well apparently after x amount if time that means you wave your rights. To say I was panicked was understatement. Through Kurt and Lindsey they help navigate the maze for us and got it to zero $ which is what it should have been. Definitely would use again. Thanks guys.

You would be better off setting up a payment plan with your accountant...
I have been dealing with this for 2 years. There has been no reduction at all in any of the taxes that were owed, no penalties removed... Not to mention I had an initial payment plan with the IRS for $400 a month.. after working with tax network USA.. My payment plan is now $600 a month. Hard to get them to return calls or emails. You are better off to go to someone else!! By the way, was making steady payments every month, to the IRS, and they still place the lien on my house.. tax network talked about how they were going to get the lien removed and then after I've paid them and months go by I'm told that the amount that I owe is too much to have the lien removed... That you have to get the amount under $25,000.. well now, the IRS has piled on 8% interest on anything that you owe.. which means you continually pay and never pay it off. Tax network did not do anything that they promised me in the beginning.

The only issue I have had was their not making it clear that they use Pacific time when they make phone appointments. I was not very happy about it.
Besides that, everything seems to be very good!

I was a wreck until I spoke with them. They provided me a clear understanding of what is going to occur. Show me empathy and made feel that everything is going to be okay. I would refer them to anyone. Great company!!!

I have been working with Tax Network USA for a couple years and have received nothing but courteous assistance and most of all patience. Being married for 47 years, I never worried about getting taxes completed year after year. My lovely wife handled all of that. Lately her health has not been the best, and I learned that there were a couple years the taxes were not completed. I started comparing local and online tax consultants and felt like this was who I should contact. Tax Network has done so much for us, and they never let time laps. If they need answers or have question, they contact me. They are very polite and understanding and eager to assist. Thank you, Tax Network, USA for the comfort of mind you have given us.

Rude, not patient, condescending not a company to trust . Insight tax is a better company better people

I contacted this company because I received a tax notice. They pushed me into signing a contract, which I did. After hanging up with them I did some research and realized that I didn't their services as the tax notices I received were already covered under a payment agreement I had established through the Federal Courts. I immediately contacted the "sales person" who never returned my calls/emails. I sent a letter to cancel in accordance with the terms of the contract. The company provided no services to me. I contacted the IRS to confirm they never sent in a POA...and I sent in a revocation just in case they tried to submit the POA later. The implementation contact told me (in writing) that they would refund the money they charged my credit card $3333.00. It's been 3 months and I still have not received a credit. Someone keeps messaging me via Twitter (x) who is unprofessional and keeps telling me the IRS is my enemy and I need to use their services. This company provided no services and still has not refunded me the money they charged my credit card even though they stated they would.

I hired this company to settle a debit with the FTB of CA and the IRS. After a year and over 2,100 dollars the best they could do was a payment plan for the full amount. I can't even guess how many hours of my time was spent filling out forms and discussing my account with at least 4 different reps in that year. I called the FTB of CA and took care of the entire issue on the phone in 15 minutes.
This was the biggest waste of my money ever. This company just kept dragging this out and the interest kept adding up. Save your money and call the state or IRS your self. You should be ashamed of yourself for taking this cash strapped old mans money. Karma will get your company.

Okay so, once I get my funds reimbursed, then my experience was just amazing. Aaron was so, so helpful! I had just rushed into a decision without realizing it was already being handled by my accountant.

They are a very honest company and they are very reliable. Anytime I called they answered the phone and attended to my needs. I highly reccomend them!

Been working with them couple of years. No result yet. For a year now been told it just takes time to settle. Then the guy I have been talking to won't answer now and never calls back. Now every time I call I'm told a different person's name is my contact person yet have never talked to them. They are always on another line when I call and just keep getting bills from IRS. SO FRUSTRATING

First phone call I should have heeded the red flag, lots of promises and fast talk followed for a low price of $5,000 to get on your way. Second phone call nothing gets done but yet promises made to deal with the IRS for you and solve your problems. Then get handed off to yet another person who now gives you a list of things to do. Turns our that if I had gotten a correct answer form the so called expert the first time I would not be in default and all would be OK. Instead, their advise was wait until they are going after your house and then we will step in. I want no more to do with this company...I am running away before they make more mistakes.
