Not only did she lend an empathetic ear during one of my many sob sessions regarding my financial woes stemming from our struggling business, but she also went above and beyond to help my husband and me come up with a solution to keep our case open and set up a more manageable monthly payment plan, which allowed us to pay it off quicker. I recently owed A LOT of money to the IRS because I filed my returns incorrectly.

Stupidly, I sat on the problem and let it get out of hand - the IRS REALLY enjoys those interest charges/fees.

I finally called Tax Network at the behest of my friend, admittedly a bit suspicious of companies such as this. I also looked their reviews up online. (After my experience I feel pretty strongly that the bad reviews are from entitled babies who have no true understanding of what goes into tax preparation, resolution, accounting and so on). Also, I treated everyone at Tax Network with respect and got the same treatment back. It's not difficult.

However, I was happily wrong in my judgements and assumptions. The process took some time (which I can't necessarily blame on the company - it took me days to get someone from the IRS to work with me when I tried to do things on my own). The IRS did not work with me. But this company did.

They were able to get my balance owed cut and my monthly payments for back taxes down to a very reasonable amount.

I am happy with Tax Network and everyone who worked diligently on my case. Very grateful. Worth the exploratory fee and the additional fees I paid to utilize their services. Much better than sitting and dealing with the s**t IRS.

Beware!!
I was referred by friend and Googled the wrong company name a $1250 mistake! I gave my cc number and 5 days later canceled.
I sent a few documents to a Hannah. I was told they would let me know of a refund.
I never received any response. I spoke to attorney Evan who called me a stupid b***h and said we are lawyers and don't work for nothing.
Five days $1250?!
I have called several times no response.
I have disputed cc charge but in their form it says they decide if you receive a refund?!! This company is awful.
Please stay away
I did not commit charge back fraud when your attorney sent a text stating a 50 percent refund.
The form I signed said refunds were decided case by case. Please don't falsely accuse me

This is a scam. They took money from me, then stopped working on my case, and did not give a refund.

This is the helpless system for other country person my profit give to me other taxes cut from my profit

I just wanted to make sure the people helping me out were good so I didn't end up with problems later and I could tell these people knew their stuff. The guy on the phone was able to answer all my questions off the top of his head without having to look it up somewhere, very comforting.

Tax network USA is the best, I had some unresolved tax issues that had been lingering and they handled everything for me. I will never try to call the IRS myself again after using their services. They saved me such a headache.

I owed 95k to the IRS and 20k to the state of California. TNUSA filed all my returns and settled my debt with a lump sum I could afford. Very happy I didn't listen to my wife and hired them lol THANKS TAX NETWORK USA!

So far it has been a positive experience. The staff are on the ball, informative and extremely helpful. The pace of the process seems to be just a bit slow, however I have nothing to compare it to. Probably typical, I just need patience. My representative, Kaitlyn is very pleasant, knows what she is doing and gives me peace of mind. Dealing directly with the IRS is painful and scary. I've fretted and worried for years and sincerely lost sleep while dealing with them. The Tax Network has eased most of my anxieties. Can't wait until this is all resolved. Thanks for all you do for me and probably rthousands, if not millions, of other clients.
