Time Flies is a five star property. Our second visit and we have booked again. Location, house, garden and parking all great. Lovely area.
Toad Hall is a very good professional company and I would definitely recommend. Payment system could be improved on, no email generated to confirm payment has been received and reminder emails continued. Took two phone calls and several days before receipt of payment could be confirmed. If this was improved I would rate higher.

The staff respond quickly to any issue and sort it out. When doing so they are polite courteous and professional.

Great range of properties, easy to use website for viewing and booking holidays, and good updates from company on bookings and directions to properties.

It is always easy to book with Toad Hall Cottages. Their communication is good regarding when payments are due, arrival and departure procedures, and directions. Property descriptions are pretty accurate and give you all the information you need to help make your decision easier on whether to choose a particular property or not.

This is the second year in a row that we have booked through Toad Hall Cottages. Their properties are of a very high standard. Booking is easy & we were kept informed about our holiday at every step. I would highly recommend booking through THC.

We have used Toad Hall Cottages several times and have had good experiences. The website is easy to use with clear pictures and detailed descriptions. Communications from the company are clear. All properties we have used have been good, well equipped and clean. Once we had a lovely welcome pack which was fab but you don’t always get it. A more consistent service would be good as felt a little disappointed when not receiving it subsequently. Won’t stop us using them though as overall very pleased.

The property was clean with a small attractive garden. Being remote from the sea/town was reflected in the price.

Suspect a party of four or six would find it rather small.

Most enjoyable two week stay at 'Little Tern'. A well fitted most comfortable property in an excellent position, merely two minutes walk to M&S Food, and less than ten minutes walk to Waitrose.

Lyme Regis is a fantastic place to visit,our cottage was fantastic…..plenty of room,great layout and a garden,last year we had a blackbird visiting us,and a robin this year. Excellent with toad hall before and after our visit.

We have just returned from another enjoyable week in South Devon with friends and stayed at a Toad Hall cottage as we have done over several years past. We have always found the service from Toad Hall to be first class and can rely on the quality of the holiday homes they offer. This year the weather was not too good, but trips to the National Aquarium in Plymouth(a must for kids of all ages) , the national Trust properties of Overbeck’s gardens at Salcombe and the D’oily Carte house and gardens at Coleton Fishacre, more than compensated for the cloudy weather.

The Cutch was so peaceful and well located to enjoy the coastal paths. On arriving, we were greeted to some nice complimentary treats and the whole place was immaculate.Everything you could have possibly wanted had already been thought of and supplied.We enjoyed a very comfortable week there and would be very happy to return.

We have rented holiday lets via Toad Hall on numerous occasions and we have always found them an excellent company to deal with.

Always have a great choice and I feel confident that I am being looked after. There's always somebody to contact if needed and the apartments and cottages are well equipped and clean.

Just a wonderful two storey apartment. The views are just out of this world. Sitting at the bay window having breakfast each morning looking out towards the sea and the harbour is the perfect way to start each day. Stunning!

Beautiful property in the most amazing and peaceful place. Kept clean and well maintained, with excellent beds, bedding and linen.
Communicating with THC was easy & they did everything to ensure we had a fantastic stay.
