I needed help to order a different size horn than the ones that came with my in-bra wearable pump.
As a first time mum currently dealing with a newborn, I found it annoying to not be able to just order one quickly on their website as the brochure says. On my phone, I couldn't get the checkout and on my laptop, when I selected New Zealand, the parts that I needed where no longer available.
I used the chatbot which wasn't really helpful and also sent an email to the support team for which I got a reply the day after. Once I was in contact with someone though (Nicholas) everything became easy as he managed everything for me and ordered the parts I needed.
Even if Nicholas did everything right I am sti giving a 3star review because I am sure the process could be improved. Even though the warehouse is in Australia, there must be a better way to make it easy for NZ to order through your website without needing the help of the support team.

I recently reached out to Tommee Tippee about a part that needed replacing on one of their products. When they weren’t able to replace the specific part, they went above and beyond and sent out a brand-new product instead. The communication throughout the whole process was clear, fast and friendly.

I had an issue ordering different flange sizes with my pump. I contacted costumer service and they resolved my issue straight away sending me the correct size flange. Sophie K took care of it for me and was very kind and fast resolving the issue. Thanks very much.

If you need replacement parts and you are in New Zealand you better request them 6 weeks in advance. It took 3 separate deliveries to finally get what I requested from the first interaction. And every time you send them a message on messenger you will have to re explain what you need and what has gone wrong, and hope they understand. Also they use some bad AI to emails follow ups to customers and they were unrelated to my queries. Once I finally got my products I was happy with them.
