Great products and fantastic customer service.
I have many products from Tommee Tippee, purchased in preparation for my baby. I have found all of them to be fantastic and would recommend to anyone. However, when I did encounter an issue with one of their products, a fault that happens from time to time, I needed to contact customer services. On doing so, I recieved prompt and helpful communication from their team, I ended up being helped by Martin, Beverley and Sophie. All 3 of which were very helpful, replied promptly and communicated well with a dedication to ensure the product was being used correctly and upon agreeing that there was a fault, finding a resolution I was happy with. They ended up deciding to replace the item, which I was more than happy with and the product was ordered and sent straight away, after agreeing with the suggested resolution. I couldn't be happier with their customer service and support.

I would like to commend Tomee Tipee's customer service team for their excellent support in resolving an issue with my broken prep machine. From the moment I reported the fault, the team responded promptly, professionally, and with genuine concern for my situation.
Their communication was friendly, efficient, and reassuring, which made what could have been a frustrating experience much easier to manage.
I was particularly impressed by how quickly they actioned my case and worked towards a satisfactory solution.

My son has Gobal development delays and…
My son has Gobal development delays and has Autism. His not ready to drink from a cup yet so I bought him Tommee Tippee insulated active spout cup which is easy for him to hold and drink from.
The only problem is I can’t find any replacement lips in shops for them without buying the whole cup again.
I spoke to a lovely man called, Andrew at customer service support who sent out some replacement bottles with lids.
Please can you do replacement lids in shops for us parents who have disabled children.

I had issues with my son’s bottle…
I had issues with my son’s bottle constantly leaking into the point where he was getting soaked every time he was having a bottle
I had three different people to help me and they’ve sent replacements out

Immaculate product
I have recently brought the Insulated Active Spout Cup, 12m+, 266ml for my 19 month old toddler from Amazon and he is absolutely loving it.
It's taking a few times for him to get adjusted to it as its not free-flow due to that it'll leak as we dont want any leaks near electrical parts of my property 😖😖
This is a very good product, some people may have had issues prior with the teet breakage...ect but that's okay, I'm sure the Customer service at Tommee Tippee will be happy to help with anything yiu may want help with.
Definitely recommend, would buy again down the future when necessary.
