I had refused to accept an order delivery and learning that my parents had purchased me the same items as a gift, however even though the package worth of over £400 had been returned for over 3 weeks, no refund had been processed. I had to keep chasing this and none of the agents were helpful, apart from the 3rd agent I had spoke to. Not sure I’d be any to order from you again based on my returns experience!

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I placed an order during a promotion of free soother with a NightGlow Pod purchase, but the soother never arrived.
When I contacted support, the response was slow, and their first reaction was to ask for a screenshot as "proof" of the promotion. Who honestly expects to keep evidence of a website offer just to receive what they paid for? When I told them I didn’t have a screenshot, they claimed the offer had ended before my purchase - even though it was still live on their site when I checked out.
It feels like they are making customers pay for their own technical mistakes. The soother is worth less than £10, which is nothing compared to what I spent, but the dismissive, rude attitude really bothers me. I won't be shopping here again.

Purchased the Owl Travel Night Aide. Very disappointed, white noise cannot play when being charged, the owl turns off after 10 minutes, no way to have on all night long. Waste of money, I wouldn’t recommended this product.

Jo helped me within minutes. Sent me out a new prep feed maker without any hesitation as soon as I provided her with my confirmation of purchase email. Excellent customer service. Would recommend this brand to all, already was doing so as I love the product but now seeing how quick they are to send out a new one knowing this one has broke makes me even more confident with putting others onto this brand.

We always purchase tommy tippee because the cups are always durable and spillproof, We’ve loved so many of their products, recently we switched from bottle to straw cups so we do we of course purchased Tommy Tippee, we loved them but the first one we disconnected the tubing from the weight at the bottom and the valve at the top, then found out that the tubing won’t go back in if we do this but we loved the cup so we bought two more and decided to find better ways to clean it, unfortunately though twice now it’s just disconnected on its own somehow and even if you put it back the tubing slides off and won’t stay there after the first time you disconnect, this is the only problem i’ve ever had with a tommy tippee product and after bringing it to their attention they were happy to rectify the situation and make sure that we were satisfied.
There are products that may not always be as effective as others but when a company goes above any beyond to make sure it’s fixed and that you’re happy and takes the feedback to find a solution in the future that makes a difference.
We will continue to use this brand and will continue to suggest them to others.

I had the pleasure of talking to Beverly yesterday, she responded quickly and was very helpful, polite, arranging a replacement for Our Daughter’s Go-prep without any problem at all. Most understanding. Everything was sorted within a few Minutes which was impressive by far. The level of customer service was exceptional !. Again Thank you !

I bought a set of two of the active spout cups in preparation for my little one to start nursery and honestly I wish I hadn’t.
It’s not all bad - the drinks do stay cold, but we have had so many leaks! Not only leaks but the seal on this bottle that prevents leaks has completely come away on one of the bottles.
Tommee Tippee has always been a well known and reputable brand but this product lets you down.

Martin omg what a great asset to the Team, was so helpful and has made mine and my grandson who has autism day better, he only drinks out of Insulated sports bottle and the inserts of the silicone has broke which makes it leak, as I looked and couldn't find them Martin is sending me some which I cannot Thank him enough for going over and beyond , it really means so much. I had a good experience on the chat.
But I am disappointed with the service. I placed my order on the the 19th April. I contacted Tommie Tippee today 29th . They will have to resend it. Iv been informed I'll have to wait 5 days if not more.
I can't use my prep machine because I need the part. This is frustrating.

Having bought numerous Tommee Tippee products I didn’t hesitate when recommended the blackout blind to purchase one for my two year olds bedroom. Adjustable with Velcro and suckers that just stick to the window. Only a few weeks back we had some lovely weather. Rare, but lovely for April. First night of trying the blind. Toddler slept lovely! Had an extra hour in bed! Brilliant! Until I opened the curtains, took down the blind and saw where the window was cracked from top to bottom from the inside of the house.
Had to have the whole glass replaced. £200 down. The window guy has heard of this exact thing happening with these blinds before and a quick google confirms it happens frequently. Please avoid. POOR customer service. Despite being categorically told nothing else could have caused it but the heat being trapped behind this blind, it’s not their responsibility.
