Found Tom Dilley via a Facebook Wiltshire sewing website - the recommendations were copious. Looking at Tom's website I spotted a reconditioned vintage machine I'd been wanting for a while. My journey to collect was over an hour and I also needed my Juki serviced. Tom offered to service it the morning I picked up the vintage machine. Service of the Juki was excellent; now purrs like new and the generosity over the vintage machine was second to none. I can totally recommend both servicing and buying reconditioned service machines from Tom. You will be delighted too!
My sewing machine has gradually deteriorated over the years and eventually got around to taking it over to Tom on May 8th. I expected it to be at least 3 - 4 weeks before getting it back. Wow Thursday 14th I got a call from Tom to say that it was ready to collect. It has come back like new, I have today made loads of "face coverings" and the machine doesn't bind is very quiet and has alovely stitch on it again. Can't thank Tom enough and I have no hesitation in recommending him from my experience.
