Problem
Normally very good. Right now I cannot make a call and get the message from toolani that at this time it is not possible to provide this service. No live chat or phone is available to get any information how long this problem exists.

Lousy service - i.e. none!
I have tried to contact Toolani many times and I have NEVER received an answer. Although I still have 24 Euros credit the system keeps telling me, that it cannot connect me with the numbers that I have been using for years. I am really upset.

Deducting my credit on a failed call
Toolani keeps deducting my credit on a failed call. Previously they (David West) said it was deducted because my number was anonymous when I attempted to ring Philippines. At present, My number is no longer with held but Toolani still deducting the remaining balance. Today 16th September, Toolani deducted my credit 3 times. I sent several emails to David West but all my emails were completely IGNORED. David West did not reply to my email at all. I am now on a verge of leaving Toolani and go to Mytello.

Poor customer service. Be Warned!
Poor customer service. They don't want to know you once they have your money. Better to find another provider. It worked for a while then wouldn't connect to a number. Asked for help from support a month ago...nothing. I still have credit on my account but can't use it. Definitely not recommended.

Took my money on my debit card and then my account was de-activated from there end? my Bank account has been debited. No customer contact telephone number emailed support and nothing. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY COMPLITE SCAM. DO NOT PAY THEM ANY MONEY THEY ARE NOT IN THE UK

This happened because you tried to change your phone number before having made a test call. It's a security check to prevent misuse.
I reactivated your account and added your mobile number to the registry. You can now use either of your phones to place a call.
Please make at least one call with either of your phones, so our system can whitelist your account. Then, you'll be abe to freely add and change your numbers as you please.

At first Toolani worked well.
Suddenly there are error messages.
„This service has not been implemented for this number“
I searched on the frequently asked Questions and did not find a solution.
I contacted customer service. No answer after one week.
Customer service is useless.
Using toolani for making calls to Namibia is like playing Russian roulette.
You never know what you get and worst customer service just ignores you!!!!!!!!!

Use Toolani to call abroad from mobile every time
Before I heard about Toolani, I used Skype to call abroad but Toolani is much easier to use and never lets me down. I would highly recommend it!!!
