When i dial using the number in my contacts registered in Toolani, you cannot hit an extension once you get through. You have to actually dusl the local number and then i out the international number for some reason.

I was using Toolanni Flex this morning
I was using Toolanni Flex this morning, trying to phone my Aunt in Sydney, Australia and it just wasn't connecting, there was silence after punching in the number. I was very annoyed. I tried calling a different Aunt but that didn't connect either. I emailed Customer Support this morning at 10.49am and I have not heard back from anyone. Not happy!

I’ve been using Toolani for some years now and I’m happy with the services they provide.

Within 15 minutes, the line dropped 5 times
I started to use this service in early 2022. I normally use the flexible access number. It worked well at the beginning, but not now. Within 15 minutes, the line was disconnected 5 minutes. What is annoying is that this happens every week. The helpline told me that they will check it, but this happens again. This is extremely frustrating.
I have figured out that the "Fixed access number" approach is more stable than the "Flexible access number" approach. So my advice is to use the "Fixed access number" to call. Then, I will change my rating to 5.
