Best Cashback Site in Australia

Best cashback site in the entire country , plus the customer support is top notch . TA helps me and other customers on ozb and various forums everytime there is help needed , irrespective of the issue being within their remit or beyond they try to do their best to get the customer a favourable outcome . Terrific team and great customer support by TA to ensure high standards in this space which has a lot of complexities and all sorts of interdependencies on merchants ! It’s a scam

It’s a scam. I got terminated without any reason. And the worst part is, I have referred all my housemate to sign up with this app. Three of us got deactivated. The allegation from TopCashback was all three of us same person when we tried to pay out our cashback. After having a lot of conversation with them finally they fixed my account but the cashback amount was gone. They stole the money.

To clarify, our system may flag multiple accounts when they share the same household network, devices, or similar activity patterns. This does not mean we assume members are the same person, but it does trigger a review to ensure all accounts comply with our one-account-per-member policy. We apologise if this was not communicated clearly.

I’m glad to hear your account has been reinstated, but the missing cashback is understandably worrying. Cashback can only be awarded once the retailer confirms it as eligible. If a retailer later reports the transaction as invalid or duplicated, the cashback may be removed — but it should never “disappear” without explanation.

Genuine cashback with streamlined, easy process

The Top CashBack Australia process is so easy and it is genuinely worth it. I’ve just completed my first withdrawal of cash back to PayPal and it was simple and streamlined. I’m continuing to use Top CashBack and saving the returned money to contribute to buying schoolbooks and uniforms. Thoroughly recommend it.

Be cautious！ They TERMINATE your account on their own！

After successfully purchasing a phone plan on this website for the first time and having nearly AUD 100 cashback pending, the company unreasonably closed my account! I consider this behavior fraudulent!
