Something that looks too good to be true usually is. But not in this case. I do my normal shopping, take advantage of discounts with the retailers, and still get cash back! Will keep on using and recommending for sure

Definitely the best cashback site in Australia. Recently had a cashback that did not track due to a DOA laptop from Lenovo, I got assistance from an amazing rep which promptly sorted out the issue within a couple of days. Just looking at my purchase history alone, it is obvious that majority of my purchases with cashback has been going through them .

I have been using TopCashback for 2 years now (most recent purchase was in Oct 2025) and I am very impressed with the company. I can easily submit a missing cashback if it didn't track and the company also matches other cashback sites with their highest cashback guarantee. On top of all this, I can also message Tightarse on OzBargain website who is the TopCashback representative and he is so quick and responsive in all my enquiries. I have also alerted them to codes listed on the website that are not working and they immediately generate another one if it is business hours. Very impressed with the customer service. Fast and Easy Cashback, for literally clicking a button each time I shop! So amazing. The payout system is also so smooth and easy.

It's a scam. Takes forever to claim the cash back then suddenly it got rejected with no explanation provided. Have never received any cashback from this.

Feels totally secure and the whole process very simple

Out of twelve potential cashbacks since the start of this year:
- Nine were successful.
- One click to Amaysim was recorded but the subsequent purchase not recorded.
- One click to Econnex was recorded but payout declined many months later after going through TopCashbacks claim process. It was falsely stated that a voucher or rebate code was used.
- One payout from Tangerine was declined for unknown reason. No burdensome claim process was started in this case. It just seems not worth the time investment.

In all the offered service is cumbersome and buggy and dispute resolution solely depending on the goodwill of TopCasback.

That is a great cash back app. If you have a friend with it get them to refer you. You will both get a nice little bonus.
