Good experience renting a car
I wanted this type of a car, and was pleased to receive it without any problems. The car was clean and in good order. It was easy to drive and did not have a problem with any type of a road, including steep ascends in curves. I fortunately did not need any service, but I would have appreciated to have the "instructions book" about the car in the car, in order to learn more about some of its functions. My booking did not say that the car would be at the head office that is quite far from the terminal. This should be clear, as it takes time. However, there was a good shuttle. This booking was made via Booking.com . They offer full insurance, but the rental company prefers their insurance. The companies could kindly align these requirements. The staff was helpful and everything was done quickly. This was my second experience of renting a car with Top Rent a Car, both experiences were good.

Despite renting the car with Premium insurance with a €0 security deposit, your company has already charged my card a total of €190 for unjustified expenses.
That's called stealing! I can't believe Top Rent A Car need to steal from his customers to survive.

However, we would like to clarify that the Premium Protection applies only when the customer fulfills all required conditions and follows the procedures specified in the Rental Agreement
In this particular case, the required conditions were not met. As a result, the Premium Protection could not be applied, and the standard charges outlined in the Rental Agreement were incurred.
Furthermore, due to the lack of cooperation on your part during the handling of the case, our actions were based entirely on the established procedures and provisions set out in the Rental Agreement.
For these reasons, we do not consider either the applied charges or the procedures followed to be unfair or unjustified.
We hope this explanation helps clarify the situation and provides a better understanding of the circumstances surrounding the charges.
