Don't waste your time go elsewhere run by incompetent franchisee's more interested in MONEY than customer service 1.5 hrs to deliver Pizza then completely the wrong Pizza and another hour to send correct one spend your hard earned money elsewhere

Food arrived on time and was nice and warm. Quality ingredients, taste and was very good especially considering the price, which is a fair bit less than big rival's! Plus they do a cheeseburger pizza which is a big deal for me.

I loved the chicken tikka pizza

I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my address and it arrived shortly after. The manager and staff of Tops pizza are so friendly and have the customer's satisfaction at heart.
100% recommended.

I ordered 2× fiery wings from tops pizza 82 sutton road southend on sea SS2 5EW on the 14th of June 2024 At 21:56:17pm. When I received my order which was at 22:56. I took a bite from one of the wings and I became sick right away. I called them to make a complaint the following day. And one of the staff named Ram answered, and said he'll inform the manager (Sai Ram) and the manager we'll call me back. As the manager (Sai Ram) did call me but nothing was resolved. As he said he sold more than 50 firey wings and he's not had a complaint from a single customer. And I followed it up by calling the head office on Saturday the 15th of June 2024. The head office address as I have provided below. As I called them before the closing time provided which is 4pm on Saturdays.

Going forward to todays date the 18th of June 2024 called the head office to speak to the customer service which wasn't very helpful and her name is NILU. NILU wasn't listening to what I had to say and wasn't willing to resolve the issue. She needs to be fired right away. As she can't work somewhere, where she isn't happy. As your issues from outside of work should not be brought to work. Taking your frustration out on a customer isn't seen as a profession.

Tops pizza have hone down hill hardly aby toppingd could not taste the feta cheese on the california pizza looks like they have bought cheap badic pizzas from supermarket akd then added spsrse toppings i asked gor a refund it was tasteless garlic bread awful and dry

Poor quality!! And I think the readymade frozen pizza from Aldi would have tasted better than this place!!

Ordered two super size pizzas for delivery from Northampton shop; a pepperoni and a create your own ham, mushroom, peppers and extra cheese. A couple of dips and it came to £28. This is on par with Papa Johns or Dominos. Quality of Tops is nowhere near as good as their competitors. The dough is a bit dry and doesn't stretch. Whatever pizza sauce is there is not particularly detectable. The ham is those cheap squares and the mushroom hasn't much flavour. The pepperoni is not too bad. For a pizza that costs the same as premium brands it is more like a typical bland kebab shop pizza.

Just had one delivered from Tunbridge Wells. Never again. Totally tasteless, terrible dough and overpriced. Won't ever use them again.

Absolutely appalling attitude after making a complaint because twice we have been sent chips instead of rice! They make out they tried to call but couldn’t get through for me to then ring the same number they have a not have a problem at all! Do not order from here disgusting customer service!

No prawns on our seafood pizza and when I took several pictures and called the store I was called a liar.

WARNING !!!! never order from this place!!!! on friday the 19/01/2024 at 10:57 made a very large order from them waited nearly a all day sadly i called them 3/4 time they never responded to me all i got was the answer machine sadly ended up in hospital and luckly iask some one to check if they came and they never did just come out of hospital try to contact them again stil the answer machine stil no money back

My husband and I ordered from here Sunday night. Now I can't say 100% and I don't like to point the finger but all evidence points to this meal, this was the only meal we had in the time frame. I had a very uncomfortable sleep and in the morning I had symptoms of food poisiong it got alot worse throgh out the day and really bad and on my travel home. I had to stop my uber to be sick alot far from home. I had severe cramps nausea vomiting and many more symptoms then my husband started getting worse not as bad but very bad cramps. The pizza came real fast I felt abit worried at how quick it came tbh it didn't look or taste great but I was giving it the benefit of doubt.

It saddens me to leave this review about my local TopsPizza (Leatherhead) however it’s now the third time I’ve experienced issues with the food ordered. It’s always challenging to place an order online and I end up having to call the store. Because of this, twice I was unable to get the same deal as it shows online. The pizza used to be top quality but recently it’s been hit and miss with one pizza being cooked to perfection and the other having the wrong ingredients, and dripping in oil. I really don’t want to be overly critical as the staff, do try and resolve issues however receiving the order and then finding you’ve been given the wrong items is very frustrating. Especially when you order food with others and the everyone’s dinner gets spoiled. Last time, I ordered over the phone (as online ordering was impossible) and ten minutes after receiving a delivery with half the correct order, I got a knock on my door for an identical delivery (except it would have been the right half pizza). I was honest and explained I’d already got the delivery and was told I couldn’t take the correct food because of that!!! Confusing and off putting… ended up not eating the pizza. Shame, staff are generally polite and friendly but service is letting them down

My pizza wast cooked my chicken wings were still raw only thing cooked was the garlic bread although it was as stiff as a brick

The worst pizza I've ever had. It was inedible... so salty it made me feel sick .. couldn't eat it. I called to tell them ... they said they do not make them on site. They said they could do nothing about it. Do not buy one.

The pizza fromr Topps Pizza Ewell was not up to prevous standard. The Veggie Hot was not spicy at all. The garlic sauce was tasteless It didn't come hot and the toppings were burnt. was looking forward to this and ended up disappointed.
