Wasted money

Incredible customer service, by Marc

Bought one of their bags a few months back, and after a small stitching break due to wear and tear, I reached out to see what could be done.

Marc, the associate who helped me, was incredibly attentive and thorough — he resolved my issue with remarkable speed and care.

Good quality bag

Good quality bag. I bought the blue one with white letters. The only thing I would critique is the fact that the bag isn't as sturdy as the photos and videos make it seem. Now that i have the bag and looking at the videos, you can tell they put something inside to make them more solid.

Poor quality

Hi,

I recently ordered a bag from Tøte Label and wanted to share my experience.

When I first received the bag, I noticed that some of the stitching on the shoulder strap was already coming loose. Since I liked the design, I initially decided to overlook it.

However, after only 3 weeks of normal use, the zipper on the inside pocket has already broken. Given the price of the bag, this is very disappointing and not what I expected in terms of quality.

I wanted to bring this to your attention, as this seems like a product issue rather than normal wear and tear.

Heavy duty what?? It broke after a week.

The crossbody strap is way too short and it was very uncomfortable to look for items in the bag with so little room for movement. At a minimal tension the strap detached from the bag (1 week after I started using it), showing it was attached to it with minimal sewing. I never saw such a light sewing job on a bag… and they sold it to me as an heavy duty bag! Really?? Heavy like what? Carrying a feather?
