I was initially a little nervous about…
I was initially a little nervous about booking an emergency flight for my wife. Once Russell came on the line and started giving me flights for reasonable rates, I was impressed. Russell even called me back because he found another flight in the time frame. We were not exactly ready at the time to purchase, but once we were, we called back and asked for Russell, who gave us the flights we wanted. Russell is the best agent and will go beyond to find you the right flights.

The traveling agent that assist me with my reservation was Ron Wilson, very helpful polite respectful and a lot of patience with me.
