I'd advise not to book here, maybe this was just my experience
I'm told I get a 5.00 discount for a positive review. I'll take the loss and give an honest one. Next time book directly through Southwest. It was never made clear they are not SW. Then I was told SW doesn't fly out of Midway. Altogether 40 minute process.
