Substantial price savings because of tour operator special promotion prices and discounts in the UK market that were not available to me for bookings through travel companies in my own country.

So far the company has been very helpful. Any questions onwhat is required of us, Starting place and ending place (so hotels can be booked close by)has been answered by either a phone call or by Gmail within 12 hrs.

I was impressed that when my plans last year fell through tour hub contacted me again this year and I was then able to proceed.

Buyer beware! Beyond disappointed with this group. Your Explore! representative went out of their way to be discouraging, even suggesting that because I was honest concerning a recent injury and asked a simple question, (I dislocated a hip, and simply asked if scooters were available at the tour sites, just in case.) It was suggested I probably shouldn't proceed with the tour. They asked for my medical history and if I ever traveled with a tour before (well,,,duh! of course I had!). Did I contact my travel insurance (why?) There is no space for a scooter..(I never said I had one!) They were curt in moving forward, and not providing helpful guidance or information and, at times, bordering on rude and condescending...can I walk? Can I carry my own suitcase? You can't take a large suitcase but we won't give you any information on what to do with it...I could go on. I have used several agencies in past travels, but their service was by far the worst. I was so disgusted with everything I canceled 14 days prior to the tour, and they are denying even the 10% refund...I'm pretty sure they won't honor that either. I will not be using TourHub or it's associated Explore! in the future. I hope this review reflects my utter disappointment. And I won't say what they can do with my $1431 tour fees...use your imagination.

I did a National Parks tour with Tourhub last year. It was phenomenal! Our tour guide was so knowledgeable, the places we stayed were great, and everyone was so friendly!

Really helpful customer service. Very patient with my multiple queries on booking an Intrepid tour and sorting flights and transfers too. Really pleased with the final price and very grateful for this fab company. This is the second time we’ve booked with them and would definitely recommend.
