Before planning my trip

Before planning my trip, I read a lot of travel companies and finally chose tourhub because of prompt replies to all my questions. This would be my first time using tourhub in July /2026 and if I am satisfied, I’d use it again on my next travel.

The most AMAZING journey of my life

The most AMAZING journey of my life! Truly Incredible Europe!The tour guides that accompanied us were awesome! Sagri treated us like she we were her family. All the guides informed us of local customs and best places to eat and how to avoid scams and pickpockets. The side tours such as Sistine Chapel were breath taking.
The Hotels were better than the ones I normally stay in while traveling and the breakfasts were delightful!
As a package, this was about a third of what it would have cost if I had tried to do this on my own.
I plan to book with them every year and am looking forward to my next adventure!

Bad Customer Service for Refund

My initial experience with Tourhub was very positive. Their representatives were responsive and helpful, answering all of our questions about a European bus tour. We felt confident booking with them, paid our deposit, and began looking forward to what we hoped would be a dream vacation.

Unfortunately, a few weeks ago we were informed that our tour had been cancelled due to “operational issues.” After some back and forth, we declined their offer to move our trip one week later since we had already booked flights, and instead decided to plan our own tour.

The real issue has been the refund process. I am still waiting to receive it.

I explained that the original credit card we used is no longer active, as we’ve since switched to a different card with travel benefits. One representative, Ben, assured me this wouldn’t be a problem as long as the account was still in my name—which it is. After several days of no updates and multiple messages through their app, another representative, Jane, asked for my bank details (including a BIC code) to process a transfer. I provided everything promptly.

Despite this, I am still waiting. After checking with my bank—who confirmed transfers typically take about three business days—I followed up again. This time, Ben responded saying the refund would instead be issued back to the original method of payment.

Now I’m left with conflicting information, no clear timeline, and no refund after three weeks of waiting. The lack of communication and consistency has been extremely frustrating.

This situation is unacceptable and needs to be resolved.

I am so sorry for the runaround you’ve had to deal with regarding your refund. You’re absolutely right - getting a refund should be just as easy as making a payment, and we clearly missed the mark here.

To be honest with you, we hit a snag because the original card on which the payment was made had been cancelled so we were unable to make a refund in the way we normally would. When we tried a bank transfer, we mistakenly put it in your husband’s name being the lead passenger instead of yours, which is why your bank rejected it and created confusion.

We have now re-sent the full refund to the correct details you provided, and it should land in your account within the next few business days.

We’re really very sorry for the stress this caused after such a great start to your booking, and we thank you for your patience while we finally got this issue sorted out.

My experience so far has been very positive and helpful. I have no reason to expect it as continued to be otherwise. Communication online has been easy except for one little glitch where I could not open a file but the situations was corrected. :)

Terrible communication

Terrible communication. Used wrong email to send correspondence and delayed or never received info. Then 50 days before tour, was notified that everything was cancelled. No time to reschedule or do anything else. No equal options provided. Would NEVER attempt to use this company again.
