Very good customer service

Very good customer service. Helped me coordinate booking with my brother in UK to meet us for the Tour.

Extremely easy to contact and they responded very quickly to any questions I had.

Booking was a breeze

Booking was a breeze and they were very responsive to my questions. Even though we are in different timezones, I could tell they responded as soon as they saw my messages and had a response for me. They helped me to arrange an extra night before my tour. All.the communications were polite and very friendly.

Great Service but Ask Questions

Overall everyone involved, and there has been many, with my tour bookings were very responsive, helpful and supportive with tour options available. My only comment is, I am a senior citizen and for both of my upcoming tours I had to request my seniors discount even though TourHub had all my personal information. In addition, the senior discount is not very well advertised or documented in the tour information. Other than that, so far the TourHub team and service has been excellent.

Scamming people !

We always take full guided tours. I have print out that's flyer with Pic of this. .my wife had couple surgeries .. hips , knees .. Only one "quide " was taxing from Tokyo airport to our hotel after arrival. When I try contact anyone, about was announced, tour is not guided..My wife can't sleep, full of stress , what happened next day /first time at Japan / with heavy luggage's , travel by bus, by train was nightmare. Hotels wasn't the best , Mt. Fuji not provided.. but other travelers when there ..? Was charged for luggages, not any service provided..Indus was other company involved. Please , don't believe , what's they promises!

Our records and the tour listing for the "Classic Japan" itinerary show that this trip is categorised as an independent or partially guided tour. Unlike a fully escorted group tour, this style of travel is designed to include specific organized activities alongside "at leisure" periods for independent exploration.

We genuinely regret if the "independent" nature of the itinerary—which includes navigating some transfers and leisure days on your own—was not what you anticipated for this trip.

Regarding your specific concerns:
Operator Service: We have noted your feedback regarding Indus Travels, specifically regarding the hotel quality and the Mt. Fuji excursion. We are investigating this with the operator to understand why your experience on the ground didn't align with the advertised itinerary.
Documentation: All tour details, including which portions are guided and which are independent, are provided in the documentation sent prior to departure to help our travellers prepare for the logistics of their trip.

Every question I had was addressed…

Every question I had was addressed promptly and professionally. I am a senior traveling alone and they managed to accomodate my request. Even applying my senior discount.

I will definitely continue to use them for future trips.

Tour hub is Prompt on responses and very thorough!

Tour hub is extremely good at responding. I have been so frustrated with other venues trying to get a real human being and this place has real human beings who respond to you so all my questions have been answered promptly and I’m really looking forward to our trip.
