Promptness

Promptness. You guys are always very prompt. But it is a little difficult to work with your system because it always requires receiving a passcode before you can receive or send communications.

I have asked them 3x to add a couple of hotel nights or give me the name of the hotel in Rome so I can directly book 2 additional nights, NO RESPONSE.

I wasn’t sure when and if I would be…

I wasn’t sure when and if I would be able to go to Scotland this year and the people at Tour Hub were very patient and understanding and very helpful in deciding where we can go in December. I would highly recommend them again.

If you love yourself and don’t want to be scammed, AVOID this company!! They’re a bunch of scammers. They will take your money and ignore you. They told me to pay a deposit which I did and no one is responding to me again.

Detailed information

I received all the information I needed but the messaging via WhatsApp and never with the same clerk was a little annoying. I understand I am in Canada and you in Europe and the time zone but I would’ve preferred a communication via email
