Bought 2 ticket.
We were queshed on the boat like sardines in a can, we were told to move seats after sitting there for 15 minutes so another couple could have our window seats they were last on but we refused saying first come first served sorry but we're a couple also.
The lights were nothing like the pictures and some even broken, the auditable was a job cracking pathetic jokes like we were at kindergarten.
The backward seats were also a joke for the ones travelling in that seat could see nothing.
And it's not about up to my exspectations it about getting what you pay for several of the lights that were advertised we did not even see.
Don't waste your money do the day time one. Biggest waste of money and scam. People should be refunded 26.5euro

I bought today 4 tickets for the lighting show and that was a big scam, no any lighting show and also the boat has no side windows, rain and windy we got so cold, it’s a big scam

I bought 2 tickets for an 1 hour cruise through Amsterdam canal with Lovers Cruise. It was adviced to come 15min before departure. Things that we did. When arriving, there was a 500m queue that wasn't moving forward. After 30 minutes waiting I went to ask a cruise member which told me that boats were delayed and that the next one was 1h30 later (by the way, this person wasn't kind at all). I organised my entire day depending on this cruise, and that for nothing at the end. A waste of Time and money !

I would give 0 stars if it was possible …
My daughter is disabled , and this tour definitely isn’t a disability friendly tour which is disgusting in itself.
The tour guide was disgraceful, he would shout at us to hurry up with walking knowing that not every person walks at the same pace, we had NO time to look in shops even though the guide said “you’ll get an experience to look through so many shops” all we done was saw 4 windmills and saw how a pair of clogs were made… we were told that this tour was a 7 hour boat tour on the canals but 5 hours of it was walking , 1 and a half on a bus and about half an hour on a boat. Definitely do NOT reccomend.

Wonderful tour - Guide Ian was humorous and helpful, driver William made sure we made excellent time. Managed to see a lot in only 5 1/2 hours, well worth the price to go for the full tour.

the bus left us in one stop we tried to rub for the bus and nobody even saw us trying to stop the bus. and they told us we were late. we took uber for the next bus. it cost us 40euros. frustrating!! 😡 we caught the rest of the group in the next stop.

Great stops...just wish they gave you more shopping and walking time in each village. Ian and crew (Frank was our driver and I think Sophie was his assistant) were really personable and knowledgeable!!

The tour was excellent! 6:1 ratio of tourists to guide. Mathew (tour guide) was knowledgeable and personable. This is my sixth visit to Amsterdam. I saw sites and neighborhoods I had never experienced.

We chose a bad day, it rained a bit during the tour.
The language I selected was Portuguese and the audio guide translated to Brazilian, the translation was terrible, i had to listen in Spanish.

Fantastic Customer Service
We arrived at the office to find our Floriade tour had been cancelled. Somewhere there was a communication issue and we didn’t know. We were immediately offered a new date but as we were leaving Amsterdam the next day we could not go. We were given a full refund and offered a free canal trip to compensate. Refund was in our account within 48 hours. Really really impressed

We order tour to gihthorn at 10 oclock. We were late - 8 minits. In the office the lady said - The bus left alrady. We had to pay another 20 euros - to be able to take the same tour three days later. It was frustration.

Great service.
They are easy to work with and the booking process was straight forward.
We have done trips with them before and had a great experience

Could not reach the office, error in ticket system guests wanted to cancel 1 ticket because the second one could not be purchased this was not allowed. guest was very upset. Hotel solution, we informed guest to go to meeting point anyway and buy a ticket at the driver.

Very quick and easy system to order tickets for body worlds

I wrongly bought tickets for a tour on the day after our departure from the Netherlands. Everyone was super helpful about our situation, from the front desk to the back office.
They tried to find a spot on the bus for us but everything was full so they helped me find another means of transportation and refunded the full price.
Absolutely recommend!

Worst tour guides!
Their inexperienced and unprofessional tour guides are what make the experience completely pathetic. We had Ean and Alexandria both equally appalling. They just left us at Zhanse high and dry to find our way to Volendam. They don't have the commonsense to take head counts also. We got 3 minutes late due to the long queues near the toilets.So they just left us and when we got to Volendam they behaved like they didn't know anything about it. If you are coming to the country for the first time, please don't take tours and tickets. They can leave you anywhere high and dry and you have to find your way back.

Great, very good tour guide and very professional, great experience thus far

Tour had good elements and some not so good. The negative are that it felt a bit like a sales pitch with business partners at clog shop and cheese factory (that one was a total waste of time as saw nothing and just listened to ordinary talk) and restaurant.
Red bus isn’t usually so obvious in their upsells. Hosts and driver were good but it was almost like it was their first trip as we were apparently too early for the restaurant and the driver and host seemed to be re-calculating meeting times rather than have a set schedule. Bit of an issue with an injured passenger and hosts unsure what to do and rest of us left waiting.
Good side is the locations - and if guests could just be dropped for a period of time with recommendations and ideas, rather than herded like cattle to particular venues, then it would be awesome!
