Just to change a ticket they charge 10 euro per person. It is a Rip off.

Our visit to Bruges hit the highlights but we spent more time on bus than in the city. We needed more time to explore the beautiful alleys and buildings. Our tour guide made great recommendations for shopping and food.

Four of us in our family missed the boat that we paid for! Details as follow: we just finished clog shoe shopping at Marken just like others, we went for toilet then upon our return whole group disappeared. Then we got bus driver to call Wilson tour guide and he decided us to take bus instead. But upon checking with Wilson later he confirmed the group was reaching the boat (not on the boat and started sailing) but when he received call from bus driver he decided us to follow bus. My complaint is 1) he should logically decide to wait for us as there 4 of us plus another guest!! 2) he didn’t announce the time to gather in front of clog shoe shop!
It was so disappointing for my family as boat ride was the major highlight of this tour, we paid eur45 each (total eur180) for all in tour but ended up a classic tour. I felt shortchanged and hereby request for boat ride fare refund!!!

I paid 86 euros for 4 tickets 1 hour before the boat time and there was a lof of available places and i was late for the boat 5 mins so i couldn't get in so i asked them to refund the money they refused and said this is the policy. I'm really surprised the didn't want to refund or even reschedule the tickets for another day.

Easy shopping, very good tour and very good guide man Jakob!!!!

Tour&Tickets was easy-to-use. The tours were great. Hop on Hop off is the way to go. Only concern was one of the Hop on Hop off drivers on Saturday was not the friendliness, and did not provide clear information.

We couldn’t locate the pick up point at Amsterdam Centraal as some road work was going on, tried to get help from the number provided by tours and tickets. But I kept on getting automated message in Dutch. Tried getting help from LiveChat option on your website, got a message saying we’ll find a suitable person to help you with your query and nothing happened. If these tours are meant only for Dutch citizens then it’s my mistake booking through them.

Very easy, quick and simple to book

The Windmills and Countryside Tour is a must. We bought the All-in Tour and it was all worth it. The staff was awesome, Fernando was so funny we had a great time. Kudos to Jill and our driver.

It was fairly straightforward to book the tickets. I like that the site shows you where to find the place as well.
The exhibition was well worth it. I thought it was a guided tour initially but it's actually a self-guided one. Take your time and get to know all the items, it's well worth your time. There are some really cool items in there and the exhibition is interactive
I will definitely be back.

AMAZING TRIP. There was so much to learn, so much scenery to soak in but what made it even more special...? Was the 3 awesome hosts(2 hosts and the bus driver) they were truly awesome and made us all feel pretty special. Thank you very much, and I'd highly recommend to use this company for tours whenever you're in AMS. Cheers!

P.S i wish we had more time for Zaans schans village.

Trip was nice and comfortable , the only thing I have to mention for every village we visited should had plenty of time at least 20 minutes wait so we can enjoying atmosphere and take a photos and eat snacks. we was ran all the time afraid that may the bus missed us
