Both the taxis at the beginning and end of our journey arrived on time. In both cases the drivers were both friendly and helpful. The prices are also reasonable. We highly recommend this company.

Rang for a Taxi. Was told would have to wait 2 hours due to School Runs taking priority. It left a 75 year old man to walk 3 miles in pouring rain. Not interested in general public, What would happen if it was a life threatening emergency

On or about 5th June telephoned TQ12 taxis and was given a quote verbally of £150 for a six seater taxi to take 6 people from Torbay to Denbury on Saturday 8th June, leaving Torbay at 1700hours, and collecting the same six people from Denbury at midnight and returning them to Torbay. The price was broken down as £70 for the journey out and £80 for the journey home, this was accepted and agreed, and confirmed via email by the company. We were all collected and taken to Denbury, we checked with the driver he was collecting us at midnight and showed him the email from his company regarding the agreed costs, he was not happy about the return cost quoted, and agreed to collect us as per the confirmatory email. At midnight he arrived punctually as planned, but said he wanted £100 to take us back to Torbay. As a group of 6 we felt this was very unfair and underhand to wait til collecting us at midnight and demanding a 20% increase on the fare. The chances of getting another six seater at midnight on a Saturday being nil, so we paid up. This is not right, the quote was given verbally and in writing and agreed by both parties. We all felt this demand was wrong and will avoid this company at all costs and will share this very poor experience with others.
Beware, the written (email) quote you receive may not be honoured!!!!!!

We used TQ12 taxis last night to take seven people to a nearby hotel . The coastal roads were misty with poor visibility but Mick drove really well . He was punctual for both journeys - very comfortable cab - thanks

Used TQ12 taxis again today.Came on time.Had chat to Mark about Christmas. Very good reliable taxi service, drivers friendly.Easy to book,get through straight away to the lady in the office. Keep up the good work. 👍👍👍

Used TQ12 taxis while in newton abbot visit family.
As a family of four plus a little dog, we were very pleased with the service.
Arrived on time and you could see eta via the booking site.
All worked well and will definitely use this company again next year when we visit.

On time, polite and reasonable price, really pleased and would certainly use again.

Stuck with flat tyre on way to Exeter airport. AA no use due to heavy volume of traffic. After panic searching for taxi from os Newton Abbot, Chris turned up and got us to the airport just in time to make the flight to Malaga and saved our holiday. Thank you Chris and TQ Taxis

This is my go to taxi firm to use and every time I’ve booked, the drivers are always prompt. I’ve had the same driver the last few times, Jess. She’s professional and her customer service is excellent. I would definitely recommend TQ12 Taxis, and will continue to use them.

We had a lovely journey to Tesco with Scott. He arrived on time and the company was good with safe travel.
When we were finished our shopping we had Steve pick us up for our return journey. Again we had a safe journey and Steve was very helpful unloading our many bags of shopping and bringing a couple of very heavy items into the lodge for us. Many thanks Steve, it was appreciated.

When TQ12 first started, they were fantastic. Unfortunately, they’ve really gone downhill and I’ll never use them again. As a lone woman, I booked a taxi back to my home in Kingsteignton from Teignmouth. After 30 minutes of waiting I called again to see if they were on their way and was told 5 minutes. After another 30 minutes of waiting, I called 2 more times, to be told they were on their way. After another 30 minutes I received a text to say that my taxi had been cancelled leaving me stranded, on my own, at midnight. I received no other communication to say it had been cancelled and no reason. Absolutely appalling safeguarding and quite frankly, they should be investigated.

Taxi arrived on time, the driver, Dave, was very friendly and helpful. All round excellent service, highly recommend. Will be using your company again, thank you.
