Really poor service and a total lack of…
Really poor service and a total lack of follow up. I ordered a water pump accessory on the 4th May. It's a large kit but instead of sending me this, they posted what appear to be some tiny hose connectors.
When I chased up with the team, they said they'd dispatched the product and sent me proof of delivery, a grey envelope that was sat in my letter box. There is no way the accessory kit would fit in an envelope or even through the letter box.
On the 19th May, they said they would look into it, but I've had no reply. It's been almost a month since my order and I have received nothing even though they charged my card on the 4th May.
Beyond poor service.
Update -12th June. Despite Chris’ reply suggesting this will be looked into, I still don’t have my order. The team confirmed there was a part number mix up on the 2nd June and said I’d receive the actual order in 2-3 days. 10 days later I have received nothing. This company is completely disorganised. They keep saying they will sort things out but just don’t and I have to keep chasing them after they took payment from my card 39 days ago!
I would be very cautious about buying anything from this website.
