Nate explained very well what was involved and set us on the right track to get up and running. I am sure there will be many more questions, but he set us up for a good start.

Tradify is a job management system that caters for various trades. As an electrician, I have had various job management systems over the years, some worked some did not. Most of these were in the days of Microsoft and the transition from Windows Xp to Windows 10, despite having good PC seem to have various issue. Having made a move over to the Apple infrastructure and trying to do it all internally it didn't really work. So with investigation and research I tried Tradify back in 2018 and haven't looked back. It's not perfect, no system is, as we all have variables, within our daily routines. That said tradify has evolved over the years, with additions to the job system. From an increase in reports to the Text messaging/emails for clients to the certification. The certification is not for me at present, as we use a different one that is far more straight forward. Sending over quotes and purchase orders works as does the invoicing to clients with the ability to take payments vis stripe also makes in convenient for clients to make payments. We must remember that it is a job management system and not a CRM, but could be. The team do listen and with the more feedback you give them the more likely you are going to get what you require. One thing I would ask is the ability to work offline in a weak signal area. The training is available as you need and they do help you set up. Further training and webinars are also run by Tradify, which are very good.

Price Point is on Point - For what we use. We only use this for Quotes and Scheduling. One thing I would like to see - is when you create a quote, and you add a "note" to it, which in our case it's typically an image of some sort showing an area we need to perform work it. When the quote is accepted, that note stays with the quote, and does not transfer over when you create the job and appointment. Making us have to go back into the quote, or find the image again and attach it to the job. Would be nice if you had a prompt that would ask you if you wanted to add the same notes to the work order, or just add them automatically.

Since introducing Tradify into my business, it has completely transformed the way we operate. The overall experience has been great. Customer service has been top notch and the Tradify platform has been fantastic for my Business (Plumber). the 'Kits' and 'Quote Templates', once set up, are a real time saver and have allowed me to establish a degree of fix pricing for jobs and tasks that I regularly undertake. Any time I'm not sure of something, there is always someone there at the end of the phone or on chat to help out - and that's 24 hours a day! A particular mention to Niv who has been training me on regular zoom calls, Niv is friendly, knowledgeable and very patient - a great asset to Tradify - thank you all :)

The interface is simple to use, and it saves us a huge amount of time. Highly recommend for any trades business looking to grow and stay on top of everything.

I've used a couple of other Job Management systems but Tradify is the most transparent and easiest to use. We use it to control job progress and track GP. Although the GP report is a bit strange, you can edit outlay so that it is understandable!
The 2-way communication with our accounting system is excellent.
