Booking my Bucket list trip
I have been dealing with Hannah to book my bucket list trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar. Travel gates UK had an amazing deal and I messaged to see if it was for real..Hannah has been patient, very friendly polite and efficient. She has answered all my questions provided all information on flights and accommodation and gave me links to verify the company. She managed to get me the deal on budget. So far I am really happy with the service. The trip is in September 26 so I will write a follow up review once the trip is complete. Im giving 5* now based on service so far. Thankyou Hannah so far.

Five star service from Maria
Five star service from Maria, had to change my holiday due to the conflicts in UAE. Maria spent days trolling through flights trying to find us something to suit our dates and budget . We have now our dream holiday booked for the Maldives and we have also booked a triple centre to the USA next year also with Maria . Nearly but not quite.....
From start to finish I have nothing but good things to say about this company, especially Joanna who seemed to be my own private travel arranger. I have dreamed of riding the Bernina Express and it was my travel plans this year, the itinerary that Joanna had put together was great but due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to finalise the booking. Joanna had been so thoughtful, caring and so helpful throughout and I hope to be able to come back and arrange this trip for definite at a later date.
