Julie was fantastic from start to finish, helping me through what felt like an overwhelming process of booking a safari holiday. My requirements changed several times, but nothing was ever too much trouble, and she always responded quickly while giving me plenty of time to review everything. Susan was so helpful, she asked questions about what I was looking for in a holiday and then came back with a holiday that ticked all the boxes. She was so friendly and answered all my questions and although we are not ready to book yet made it clear I could contact her when we are and she will be there for us!!
Would definitely look to contacting her again later in the year.
