Disaster company

Phone Numbers of call center work (more than 30 min. to wait). In case of any request urgently it will be impossible to receive any answer (Also if you have buy a insurance top police).
Very disaster company.

BOOKING CANCELLED BY TRAVELGENIO AND REFUND STILL NOT ARRIVED

i made a booking on travelgenio via kayak and i got confirmation mail then after 1 hour i recived a mail from travelgenio that my ticekts are not issued due to some problem and they said they will refund me full amount and i have agree for refund . and now its 24 december still money is not retireved in my account please send me a screenshot of refund so can trust your company please i beg you

i buy ticket from Florence to Miami with Lufthansa , - Travelgenio.com - show the price , i accept and the final payment added euro 100,-- without any comunication before.

I send mail to TRAVELGENIO since ONE MONTH and ask why, NEVER ANSWERED .

STAY AWAY much bettere EXPEDIA .

worst ever travel agency
not helping in recovering fund for a ticket , when asking what they did to try to recover the fund they just told me cannot tell me
will report to the police as scam agency

I already sent to u at least 40 times my details ...answer is always the same " we cannot proof that we have submitted the refund process"...if u cannot prove you are scam!!!!

Im ready to bit with you that also this time i will get the same answer!!!

Terrible experience. Never more.

Customer service is really bad, they leave you waiting 15 or 20 minutes then they drop the line. If by chance you can talk to any of them, they won't solve the problem and continue to delay the solution. A disaster. I spent over € 300 of phone calls and full days from Namibia to make me change the flight that they themselves had told me had been changed. They offered me no alternative and no solution. They are really ashamed. They mess up our holidays.

Worst experience ever

Just bad customer service, I tried several times to get in contact (6 phone calls). Was on hold for the majority of the time (15 mins). And when they finally answered they kept putting me on hold. All I wanted was for them to add a single letter to my sons last name, I caught the mistake right away. They told me that they couldn’t do anything, and that I would have to cancel the whole booking and only receive 85% back of what I paid. And then book again. I tried contacting Air Italy and their customer service is horrendous as well... I been traveling for 25 years and this by far has been the worst experience ever. Don’t use travelgenio, Skyscanner and Air Italy. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Strike- no advice

There was a strike at Amsterdam airport and my husband who booked directly with klm got and sms with the news and I didn’t receive any news from you. The trip was the delayed, they also lost a luggage but that had nothing to be with you.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

Good day to everyone, I really wanted to tell everyone this story since I've NEVER had such a BAD experience with any trip before. I started with skyscanner because I was thinking they work only with reliable sources but it's shocking to me that they sent me to travel2b and then Travelgenio. I couldn't do the check in for my flights (3), in the aigle azur airline and because it says under the information I was given by travelgenio wasn't not correct. I tried so many times do contact by phone and both travelgenio and aigle azur are impossible to contact. Unbelievable. Then I went to the last resource since it was only one day left for my first flight. I went to the airports web and it says my flights don't exist. This is all fake and a scam. I want my money back but I don't even how if also mails re not responded. If you don't want your money stolen don't use any of this names I gave. Even dissapointed with skyscanner that they could lead you to this other webs.

My experience was horrible

My experience was horrible! I had to change my return flight because the airlines (Alaska and Azul) Said i Will probably loose the connection(fll-recife) because It is too short.(1h55min, changing terminal).
They dont answer emails or phone calls.
My flight os on january, 17th and they dont answer my questions!!!
After publishing here, they got in contact but told me that, as i havent agreed with the change of the connecticonnection time,i should get in contact with Azul airline. Azul told me that inly travelgenio can manage my flight and, finally, travelgenio asjed ne hiw to proceed.... It must be a joke!
