The schedule had a train at 10:25, which I bought a ticket for. However, apparently it does not exist. In the end, I have a ticket for 8:00. Although I bought a ticket for 10:25, terrible.

Everything was great except for two things:
1. I prefer if you request the CVC code for each purchase not only once when I attach a card. The current variant is not secure since you don't provide two-factor authentication.
2. When I was buying tickets for the first time and inputting the passengers' requisites (name, surname, passport) I faced UI issues: when I switched the browser from full-screen mode to window mode and vice versa all the data I input into the form lost while the timer kept going.

Booking tickets is very easy with the website.
If the train is not open, you can enter your email and click on notify.
System notifies when tickets are open for that date.

I was travelling with Business 3rd time from Batumi to Tbilissi. Everything was ok except "Sorry NO COFFEE!"
I just travel with my own Coffee jug but other people were really angry, because they also have the same experience several times... When you pay for these comfort, you have to get it! So plz take it in to the consideration and take some more Coffee for the way back from Batumi!

I just booked a ticket (a6g8p5A9F7b5575). When I booked it, the website showed the business class ticket was 40 Georgia Lari so I bought it. However, after the purchase, it indicated that I bought with $130 full purchase. I ended up returning it but was charged almost 30 Lari for the return fee as the train departs in less than 15 hours. I don't think it's fair for me to be charged that fee, as the website showed the wrong price initially!

Everything is perfect only I paid by visa infinite, but didn't get cashback or any priority.

Pitty, that there is only one train daily :-) The online purchase is great service also for foreign visitors.

The system stores passenger data so you can reuse it next time you buy a ticket for the same person. You can also print the ticket or share a link to it, which is very convenient. Filters and overall page design are very appealing.

Efficiency

It´s everything sold out from Batumi to Tblisi and vice versa. You can buy tickts but can´t say the time.

Userand customer friendly.
Explanations were short and clear.
Completion of the reservation did not take long.

Buying procedure from abroad is very easy. Just remember to have your passport number with you :)

It's terribly cold on the train because the air conditioning is constantly on. Turn it off or do something else.
