Always a pleasure to deal with treehouse

I attended Badminton at the weekend with my daughter Maisey who is supported by Treehouse. We wanted to buy an air jacket. Although the stand was very busy, the staff were all really helpful and knowledgable and gave us plenty of time to try on various options of air jackets & body protectors and explained everything we needed to know about them. With a show offer on the Helite air canister jacket we both opted for one of these along with an extra couple of canisters. Thank you Treehouse.

Fantastic service - second time I’ve used Treehouse and both times have been great. Royal Mail were a bit slow in delivering (not Treehouse fault), but when I called Treehouse they couldn’t be more helpful and Theresa kindly chased up the delivery and kept me informed. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Excellent products and speedy delivery

I ordered a custom made hat silk but emailed Theresa with some questions before placing my order. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that the silk was exactly what I wanted. I can’t recommend Theresa and Treehouse more highly and I love my new hat silk.

I felt listened to and didn’t feel rushed, they were so patient with me buying a new back protector and air jacket. My baby mare has come out feeling amazing since, today we tackled her fear of ditches and next week we are off to our first event of this season.! A lot of our confidence I am putting down to them- knowing that I am properly protected. Thank you!

Pretty spot on a little expensive to be honest for the cheap fabric but still it’s good and the shipping price for this little package was out of control I must say.

Custom made hat silk, Really easy to order online. Kept informed of delivery which was nice and delivered before estimated date. One well made hat silk arrived for my daughter who loved it. Slightly more expensive than other xc makes, but the quality is fantastic.

I haven't received the item ordered despite ordering over a week ago.
