Hello,
I received my order on 11/15 at 3:00 pm and started putting it together. I quickly noticed that there were only two tires for the 4-wheeler. I opened the second machine, and it too only had two tires. I called but it was after 4:00 EST so it told me to e-mail, so I did.

I paid to have the coolster jeep…
I paid to have the coolster jeep assembled and they attached parts right over top of protective plastic film, the parts had to be loosened off to remove plastic and retighten what was the point of paying you to assemble? i was willing to pay extra to center the steering and make sure the turning radius was the same in both directions as i hear this is a problem from the manufacturer, they assemble and not spending time to correct the steering, the steering radius is tight in one direction and a lot wider when you turn the other direction when the jeep was received. it was a birthday give for my 6 year old grandson, i did not hear any other complaints yet from his father about it.

The protective plastic film is left on intentionally to provide extra protection during shipping, and it’s typically easy to remove. We understand that it caused some inconvenience in this case, and we apologize for that. Our assembly team works hard to ensure everything is correctly put together, but we appreciate you pointing this out.
Regarding the steering alignment, we did have our assembly team reach out to you directly during the assembly process to address your initial concern when you purchased the vehicle. The vehicle is set up as the manufacturer designs it, and we made adjustments to the best of our ability to ensure the alignment was as accurate as possible. We understand how important this is, and we’re sorry if the steering radius still feels off. We are always here to assist with any additional questions or support.

Overall a great experience! Best price around and always running deals. If you have questions give them a call. Quickly answered comparison questions when we decided on 2 blazer 9 125s for my kids. Both were well packaged and paperwork came as fast as it could. Stand up company to work with and get anyone into power sports at a fraction of the cost.

They sent me an incomplete coolster…
They sent me an incomplete coolster mini jeep. Frame was not fully welded. Engine case has a crack in it. I even paid for the extra warranty which they did not honor.. they refused a return when this thing wasn't even out of the crate. They stuck me good for 2500$ it's been almost a year now and they still have not made any good on this unit
