Cody is the best hands down

Customer service was excellent! My dirtbike arrived quickly and everything was very easy to do. We had a small warranty issue when it arrived at my house, but the warranty team had parts sent out the same day I filed a claim. Can’t say enough!!!

I think I made a bad choice in picking this company I should shop right up the street from where I lived they given me such hardt time and item was received damaged I found out while it was being assembled and put together haven't drove or ridden it yet due to it not being legal on street of nyc and I have no other option cause tribal motor given me run around to return it

DO NOT BUY, THE QUALITY OF THE EQUIPMENT IS GARBAGE. YOU CAN"T REALLY RETURN IT EITHER.

Company is great while you are buying but if, I should say when you have issues you are screwed. I paid over $4k for a Trailmaster Cheetah 200x assembled in Sept. 2023, it was delivered damaged and noted on the BOL. Then the right front A arm fell apart while my son was driving it because it was improperly assembled. This was within the first 10 min of driving (on my flat lawn). Then 1 month later the other A arm on the driver side fell off (because it was installed incorrectly) . They did send the replacement parts to me, but all of this with less than 2 miles on the cart and very moderate driving. But wait there is more. Last week the transmission would not go in gear (Forward or Backward) I took the clutch cover off and the belt looked like confetti. I hand put a odometer on it when I first got it and with 6.2 miles on it the belt had been shredded. Since Oct. 11 I been trying to get this resolved and they haven't even told me the belt number I need to replace it. It was also shred because of improper installation (according to a mechanic friend). So 17 days later and actually talking to someone who knows what they are doing (gopowersports.com) and you can actually talk to them I figured out what I needed. They've told me they were going to reimburse me, they were going to make it right, They're sorry for all the headaches..... ALL JUST TALK, I haven't seen a thing. What a HUGE let down! Great before the SALE customer service.

This place is legit. Shipping/receiving the kart was way fast. The customer support I received was top notch. Although, the issue couldn't entirely get resolved these guys exhausted all efforts in trying. I wouldn't hesitate in ordering again from Tribal MotorSports

Shipping was a disaster, and they handled the response to it very poorly. Would not recommend nor would I place an order through this company again. Purchased the 4-seat blazer from them. The company response is funny and untrue, they were not helpful at all, when I called about this horrible shipping that ended in me having to go 45 minites away and pick it up myself from the freight company because they sent a box truck to deliver this huge item and the guy couldn't even get it off thier truck and had to go back. Told me they don't have the material to unload it. Moral of story, had to rent trailer and what not to pick up myself. Tribal Motorsports only wanted to pay for rental and nothing else, not even shipping charges for my inconvenience so yeah they stink....lost my business for sure!

Update: I wasn’t able to get a replacement . I was however was about to get a refund of 200 for paying out of pocket to fix some of the issues, I received title, and one part. Still waiting for other parts

Missing parts, lights not working, missing bolts and screws, bad welding and some parts of kart is lifting up. Pros I will same fast shipping and email response . Hopefully my issue gets resolved

I got a heavy 300 lbs atv delivered to the front of my yard. I asked the delivery guy to please put it in back or inside the house. The driver told me that he wont move it to the back and left. I now have an $1,500 ATV sitting in my driveway till tomorrow afternoon and hoping that it doesnt get stolen.
also the item came a few days late

The delivery guy was super nice and helpful. The box had a hole in it and he offered to open it up so that I could see that it was not damaged.

The bike showed up slightly damaged in the crate. The shipping crate was ok but the bike came loose inside and had some dents on the tank and scratched on plastics. Also fork was slightly bent. Everything was still usable and bike went together ok and is working fine. Our son has enjoyed riding it so far.

Items came quick! I did order a black four wheeler and it arrived red. Ordered a black pit bike and it came white. Crate that four wheeler arrived in was bent in that it dented in the fenders on the four wheeler.

Delivery was fast and accurate. Atv was crated well. Easy to figure out installation. One issue with the handle bar bolt. It had something in the threads causing it to strip out. The gas cap had a scratch on it and the graphic was bubbled and scratched. I need to buy a new bolt and re tap the threads.

Bought two 70cc dirt bikes. They shipped fast. Upon inspection of opening boxes only damage was some paint rub off on the tank from the Handle bars on both bikes. Which I’m not concerned about cause the kids are going to do much worse. Went together smoothly. One bike ran prefect. The other I had to adjust card. On start up it revved full throttle non stop. Easy fix. Only had the bikes 24 hrs. All good after the carb issue. Kids love the bikes.

Quick delivery. No damage to bike

I lost some lug nuts that were smaller than any local store had on hand and were metric. Tribal was able to order them for me quickly. They were very helpful. I also have bought 2 different vehicles from them. I now have an adult ATV and a Dune Buggy. Both are operating well. The Dune Buggy has been put to the test. I was missing some nuts and bolts for the Dune Buggy when it arrived but was able to pick up the parts easily from Home Depot to finish it.
