Tribalmotorsports was the best price around, their product was amazing and my stepson loves his minibike. I would recommend their products and costumer service, however, I HAD A HUGE ISSUE with the delivery company, who contacted me in regards to having someone at the home over the age of 18, NO PROBLEM!! When the delivery guy came to our townhome, he did not ask for ID to verify if the person signing was of age and he simply left the PALLET in my HOA parking lot with no assistance to move it onto my property. When questioned, he said it isn't my job to move it, just "drop it off". I will be contacting the delivery company to file a complaint for I did get a notice from my HOA about the PALLET taking up another residence Parking spot. Tribalsports however, has no control over this and I value their company and will continue to do business with them in the future. Thank you,

A Satisfied Customer!!

Son loves his quad but i never received the title.?

We love our dirt bike we ordered. Put it together right away. But when we were taking it out of the crate, the front tire was rubbing against the back sticker and took some of it off, little upset about it.

The shipping was fast and exceeded my expectations was satisfied with the product but after one day of riding the carburetor is already coming apart. Both screws came loose and neither one had a head on them to tighten which makes no sense so i have to find new screws to fit and hopefully keep it together so already out of commission for a couple days. Overall satisfied with it so far but not happy with already having to fix something after one day.

For the most part my experience with this company was good, my order arrived quickly and in good shape.

Received my order but pieces were missing. I’ve messaged them about them plus damage from shipping. Lo and behold they haven’t answered me back about missing pieces or the damage. Was missing shock bolts nuts plus axle nut. One bike had damage from tire rubbing in fender during shipping one fork was damaged where axle nut came off pushed through crate must of been dragged on ground scratched it all up. Other then that wasn’t to bad of deal. Be nice if they’d send me missing pieces but they won’t even answer me about them .

It’s a nice 4 wheeler only issue was the back brake locked up so I just readjusted it n is working fine wis there was a throttle limiter on it

Fast delivery and easy to assemble. My one concern is that one of the 2 ATV will not idle and will only run fully choked with some throttle.... it has zero power and dies even going up the driveway... suggestions?

Pro's
- Arrived extremely fast ( 2 or 3 days ) at no extra charge.
- Started easily, runs great.

Cons
- Arrived missing a multitude of hardware on critical parts. The front axle nut was missing as well as the nut on the swing arm, so regardless of speedy shipping I could not ride unless I dissassembled the rear of bike to get the swing arm nut size matched and matched the nut on front axle.
- Contacting someone via phone was non existent

Price wise the bike seems to be worth it. It comes with the back tire assembled to bike so having to remove the swing arm bolt to match the nut was extremely annoying. Nothing like getting a new toy only to find something as mediocre as a nut is holding you up from riding.

Ordered on a Thursday; Friday we received a text to set up our delivery. Bike was delivered Monday morning. We put it together in about an hour and my son drove it all evening! Very happy customer! Thank you!!

Spent over $1000 for quad for my daughter and it has zero power. I can't take a 60lb 8 year old up a slight grade without stopping. Garbage.

Was easy and got the bike within a week no problems with shipping. Was fast, convenient and for the price that's what I was happy about. My son is out riding his bike now.

We received both 4 wheelers and we couldn’t be happier. My husband and daughter love them. My eight year old just started driving hers alone and I’m thankful that I can shut hers off if I need to. Best thing we have done. Should have done it sooner. Will be back for more.

No assembly instructions were included had to contact seller

Ordered tao 125 At4 quad (110cc). Shipping took a little longer than expected (3 weeks total) but the winter storm was to blame not the company. Seller kept me in the loop through a personal phone call which was cool, notifying me of the delay. Emails were answered really fast. Shipping company was awesome and especially the driver of the delivery truck. Took me a little bit to figure out how all the bolts went and i have two left. Seems to run great without them so far though :) . One scuff on the camo print where its just white plastic about the size of a quarter...but my kids will put bigger ones than that on it im sure. I would definetly order from here in the future if the need arises. Hopefully the quad is durable, but the price couldn't be beat with all the research I did. Update 2 weeks: kids have put a few hours on it already. So far so good! Certificate of origin came quickly as well!
