Little Longer to Be Patient - Indonesian Customer

All you need is a little longer to be patient. After a year since February 2020, Customer Service finally replied to my email asking for my bank data to be refunded. March 2020, the airline has informed me that the refund funds have been forwarded to Tripair. but Tripair only returned it in February 2021. Lucky me, you have to be patient and send them emails often.

Worst company

Worst company!
Company have not refunded my money even after 2 years. I got money from airline immediately which booked directly from Airline but which I did through Tripair, no refund is given till now.
Recommend not to buy any ticket through them. They are cheater.

DO NOT USE

Terrible website!!!!! I booked my flight in december 2019 for March 2020, before anyone knew of covid. I flew to my home country and was stuck there so I had to ask for a refund or for the flight to be rebooked. Every time I would call, I would be hung up on and they then proceeded to block all of my emails and my phone calls. The airlines won’t help me since it is a flight made with the travel agent, so all of my money is lost. I do not recommend at all, terrible customer service and despicable behavior for blocking me and refusing to refund me on a flight I haven’t been on.

Flights cancelled and no refund yet (it's been 3/4 year)

Two flights I booked in May 2020 were cancelled and up until today I did not receive any payment. In October Tripair told me that the cancellation has been authorized and that I will get a refund and an information from their accounting. Since then I have contacted Tripair 6 more times asking when I can except my refund. The answers were never satisfactory:
- "Due to covid19 and many refund requests that our accounting department has been dealing with, the refund processing time is delayed and the exact refund date is difficult to be estimated"
- "you are on a priority list"

I decided to go through the airline (SWISS) who told me that the refund has been played out to Tripair on October 2nd 2020 (almost half a year ago). When I confronted Tripair with this they told me that they would refund the money in 10 Days. Since then a month has passed and when I wrote again they answered with a standard e-Mail.

This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. It is impossible to get a hold at them and they will avoid very specific questions. At this point I’m convinced that they have no intention to pay me back and I will inform myself on how to press legal charges. If anybody that ready this comment has some useful insights then please answer or DM me.

Refund my money

Unfortunately, I booked my tickets through Tripair. The flight got cancelled due to covid and the carrier (Emirates, UAE) agreed to refund the whole amount on the go. However, Tripair is so far reluctant to give back my money. I contacted their customer care through email more than 50 times since March 2020. Recently they responding to my mails.

We would like to inform you that the cancellation of your booking has been authorized. We have initiated the refund process towards your end.
Once the refund has been completed you will receive a follow-up email from our accounting department.
Please note that due to the high volume of refund requests, the refund processing time is increased. However, your case is on a priority list. We expect this to be finalized within 30-40 days.

Now I wonder how to get back my money. they promise 30-40 days but until no feedback

Me again

Me again, hoping people will read reviews before they make the fatal mistake of using this dodgy company....please read all the reviews...let's hope they suffer the might and close down before they fleece more people out of their money..

If I could give a ZERO rating

If I could give a ZERO rating, I am happy to do that. It's been 5 months I am following up on refund and they don't bother to reply also. Worst agency to book the flights and never ever will choose them. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Just inactivated our tickets

They inactivated our tickets without telling us. We could change our flight with Swiss till end of Jan. but they are not able to do anything coz Tripair just inactivated our tickets and now are not reachable!! Will still try to contact them but such thins are inacceptable

If I could I would give them 0stars. Absolutely imposible to get my money for canceled tickets or any tipe of refund (voucher/rebooking). No communication at all. Shame on you tripair! Never again!

Not helping with refund requests

I have contacted them a number of times regarding my refund request. It has been months, and I am still being told that the airline has not responded. I do not think it is the case. I will never do any booking with Tripair. Shame!
