9 months and still no refund

Worst third party company I’ve ever booked with. My flight got cancelled due to Covid already end of March and to date I still haven’t received my money back. I was really understanding and patient for a long time, but they are not reachable at all. They told be in September after trying to email with them for 6 months that my refund was now processed and it would take 50 days to receive the money back. After the period had lapsed in November, I still didn’t have the money so reached out again to Tripair. They did reply after a couple of days that I was on a priority list now. Now 7 weeks and counting, money still isn’t back on my bank account... I understand these are challenging times but this is just rediculous.

Still waiting for a refund after 6 months…

My flight was canceled in June (Alitalia). The airline has already refunded to those that booked directly with them month ago...but we are still waiting to get the refund (end of December!)

Customer service is pretty poor. And the amount of time is taking to get the refund is unbelievable...

Very disappointing and frustrating experience!

Thiefs!! Don't refund although my flight canceled

My flight was conceled in March (Alitalia)
I did not get my refund until now (December - almost a year!!!) although the flight company canceled the flight themselves.
DONT RECOMMEND!!!
They don;t enswer any calls and barely answer emails and when they answer my email they say that it will take a year to give me my money back!! a year!!! blame on them. worst company ever

Just be patient

I had booked flights for 2 persons for end of April to USA and they were cancelled by the company. I tried to call Tripair but as they were not reachable I mailed them. Indeed during all these months we exchanged several emails. I even contacted the air company by the phone and they refunded the money to Tripair.
After several promises that in 2 weeks Tripair will refund me, finally 5 days ago I got credit note and today the money are back to me.
So, just give them time and be patient.

Tripair has been mocking me for months

Tripair has been mocking me for months. They messed up my flights and do not recognise their responsibility. They answered to me formally that eu regulations do not hold during the pandemic. I have reported Tripair to consumer authorities and to sky scanner. Keep off these swindlers.

Consider your money gone!

Our China Southern cancelled the flight due to Covid 19, and Tripair was refunded. It been 7 months and Tripair has neither returned the money or even answered any of the emails I have sent to them.

They have taken this opportunity to just collect from the airline and not refund us. They probably realized they would earn more by doing this.

Don't ever think of booking with…

Don't ever think of booking with Tripair.
Worst agency ever, I just want to refund my booking which is totally my right , my flight had canceled on February due to covid-19, until now i haven't received the refund, I sent many e-mails, no response, and when they wrote me back they have promised to initiate the refund in 30 working days and it never happened after that email I have never received any response.
I just hope that they would end up sick and spend the stolen money on their health because such people with no consciousness deserve to die.

TripAir took my refund from the airline!

The flight was cancelled by the airline. TripAir initiated refund process like 8 months ago. Recently I was in contact with the airline and they claimed they have refunded. Wrote to TripAir but no reply. This is one reason I should book with the airline directly. Well done to TripAir for destroying the travel industry and all legitimate online system.

I put 5 stars just to grab you attention :)
I bought a ticket for India in March (600€) after the flight was cancelled, I was trying to reach them every way possible without answer! But then I saw their page still on skyscanner. This is where my story changed, from then on all my emails were including skyscanner support in CC... I received answers on my questions a got my money back :) SO GUYS JUST CONTACT SKYSCANNER AND TRY TO ACCUSE THEM FOR HAVING THAT AGENCY ON THEIR SITE, AND EXPLAIN THEM YOUR STORY! Hope this will help some of you, good luck :)

Never received tickets

I bought tickets from them and never received them, they basically stole my money and are not answering emails or calls, DO NOT book with them it's a scam. I had to buy second pair of tickets to get home so it wasn't issue with cancelled flight, I was on the plane just no thanks to them.

The worst ever

The worst ever, I just want to refund my booking and then i will never think to book with them, my flight had canceled on April due to covid-19, until now i haven't received the refund, I sent more than 20 e-mails, no response, when they wrote me back, they asked me to check with the airlines , the airlines paid for them 3 months ago and till now they didn't send the money back....
What then????

The worst costumer service !!

If there was a zero for costumer service I would have put it. Booked with them in March 2020 but my tickets were cancelled by the airline because of Covid. Till now in December 2020 they have not refunded my payment yet. They don't answer the phone & hardly reply emails.
Very bad company with the worst costumer service !!

Terrible Airline

Terrible Airline. Promised to refund the cost for flight which was cancelled due to COVID-19.

Since months were receive the same E-Mail, that we need to wait for the refund.

Tripair name should be changed to THIEFair. This is a CHEATING company, not at all responsible or Customer service centric. Better not at all involve this SCAMMERS and loose our hard earned money. I m behind this FAKERS from last one month but NO RESPONSE.
