"Error" in payment after money accepted

They accepted my cryptocurrency payment and then immediately said there was an "error" and someone would be in touch with me. Seriously? What kind of ridiculous service is this? My transaction has over one thousand confirmations on the blockchain. There is no support other than an email address. Terrible company. Avoid at all costs. Any online platform that uses this payment gateway should think twice due to all the problems and lost business as can be seen by other reviewers here.

This company is racist

This company is racist, nationalist and cant even admit it. I made a payments for my subscription using cryptocurrency payemtns. Last year they decliened me. After i asked on what grounds, they said its their internal policy. I asked agin, what was the reason and gave them 3 or 4 legal reasons on why they must tell me the reason if i didnt break any rules. On that i was denied, saying its their internal policy. Makes me think that they are just judging on nationality and race. They are hypcryts that don't deserve any market share. Hope they go bankrupt!

Customer Service is Awesome!

It was a pleasure dealing with an impressive customer support team.
Jennleigh managed to resolve my problem in a reasonable amount of time given the circumstances. I had made a basic error in transferring crypto tokens. So. It was essentially a "me problem".

Bad experience

Bad experience, useless help by customer care giving standard answer without even read my question. Unable to solve in time a problem of 0.015 usdt which force me to make another whole payiment of 153 usdt and ask for a refund of the first one.

Scam! Purchase on Farfetch

Purchase on Farfetch
I made a purchase on Farfetch and managed to pay with cryptocurrency through these idiots.
The transaction was sent to them on Sunday, but the purchase didn't go through. I sent them the transaction ID, and for five days now I've been demanding a refund, my money! All I get in response is this boilerplate phrase, where it's unclear how long or who to wait for my money back.
One of our support specialists will be in touch shortly with the next steps or a resolution.

After 5 days, I received a refund - but I lost 5 days. The item I bought cost 2,500 euros now costs 2,700 euros, and I lost the ability to use the 200 euro promo code. Thank you tripleA!

Triple‑A is a fraud

Triple‑A is a fraud. I paid €217, they said my tx had a problem, and that’s all. No refund, no help, no explanation. Avoid at all costs. My money is gone.

Edit: After a day they returned my money (only after deducting the blockchain fee) and still didn’t provide the services they claim to offer as a crypto‑payment platform making it impossible to actually make a payment with them.. I would not recommend them to anyone it feels like a lottery with your payment.

A racist company that stole my data and…

A racist company that stole my data and now refuses to provide me service. I can't withdraw my money from g2g now. Moreover they stole my personal data and when i asked them to delete it they outright refused it.
They provided no reason for refusal of service either.
