OTP CODE

I was unable to receive my refund for a long time because the OTP code that was sent to me kept being incorrect. Unfortunately, there seem to be multiple issues with the company’s service system.

Thank you, everything worked out. It turned out to be a temporary bug. Everything is now resolved. Thank you.

Retracted Promises and Withheld Funds: Unreliable Payment Processor

I had a failed $44 transaction on Polygon in January 2026. The funds reached Triple-A's wallet, but no service was rendered to the merchant (Lootbar).

On Feb 11, Triple-A’s support officially confirmed receipt and promised a "gesture of goodwill" refund within 5 business days. They explicitly asked ONLY for a wallet address and a screenshot, which I provided immediately. There was zero mention of KYC/POI.

a week later, they completely reversed their own written agreement. They retroactively demanded a full passport/ID (POI) for a simple "Return-to-Source" reversal. Making unconditional commitments in writing, only to backtrack and hold funds hostage behind sudden, excessive compliance hurdles for a micro-transaction, is highly unprofessional.

This contradicts standard industry practices for returning unapplied funds. Triple-A does not honor its own written word. I will be forwarding this documented breach of a written settlement to the MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore). Avoid this processor.

Their actions violate basic trust and MAS/FATF guidelines. I have full time-stamped screenshots and email correspondence proving the Feb 11 agreement and the subsequent breach. I am ready to provide these documents directly to Trustpilot support or the MAS for verification if needed

From our review, the transaction appears to have been initiated as in a different token that our platform does not currently support. In cases where the received asset differs from the supported token, the payment unfortunately cannot be processed as intended.

Triple A blocked my payment account for no reason

I have been having issues withdrawing my money from G2G due to Triple A blocking my payment account for no reason at all even tho I have been using the service for more than a year now with no issues and no reason for them to do this

their support has been no help at all and they just give automated responses instead of solving the issues or stating the reason for blocking me

Blocking funds without explanation

I am writing this review because TripleA has blocked my crypto account for absolutely no reason. I am a seller on G2G trying to withdraw my earnings to my wallet. I have done nothing unusual and followed all protocols.

Now, my funds are stuck because TripleA decided to block me without providing any evidence of wrongdoing or a way to resolve it. Their support is offers no transparency. It is unacceptable for a payment provider to hold user funds hostage like this.

Triple-A refuses to refund money that's in their wallet for services not rendered

Sent ETH to Triple-A's wallet for a Farfetch.com purchase. Due to a network selection error, their system didn't detect the payment sent and no order was created.

I proceeded to pay the order via credit card instead and the order is complete.

I requested a refund since the funds are in their wallet and no service was rendered.

Triple-A refused simply stating they do not support and they cannot proceed with operations on those funds and that's it.

The funds are sitting in their wallet address - confirmed on the blockchain. Accessing them requires only a simple 2-min configuration that any crypto payment processor should be able to handle.

Despite multiple refund requests and emails sent, even providing technical instructions, Triple-A is keeping customer funds rather than making a basic effort to return them.

Bottom line: if you ever make an error using Triple-A's crypto payments, they may simply keep your money. Proceed with caution.

Will update this review if they do refund the money.

Too much fee without any prior notice or warning

I requested my payment withdrawal from G2G through Triple-A. They took an excessive amount of fees for my withdrawal without any notice, nor was there any warning before making my withdrawal from G2G or Triple-A.

Scammed By Tripe-A

I was naive to send money to triple a without reading reviews.

After sending them the exact amount of crypto to their address, the falsely claim that is an issue with the payment.

I lost my crypto and triple A don't want to complete my order or refund the coins.

We must all go to the police and raport these thiefs. It seems that all positive reviews are invited by them and most probably not real.

Raport their website to the police if you sent crypto to them.
If you didn't sent, NEVER send crypto to them!
