I used TropCo for the first time to buy fish adn plants having been disappointed with the selections at my local aquarium shops. Ordering was easy and the courier company provided updates and delivered on time. The fish were well packaged and arrived packaged in strong bags with plenty of brown papaer and heat pads. When I released the fish they all perked up and showed their colours and nearly a week later they are all doing well. I emailed them with a question and they quickly replied so I will use them again.

Absolutely spot on company. Recently set my aquarium up again and they came highly recommended. I've bought fish, plants and other bits from there without any problem. A great team, working hard and very helpful. It's only a few miles from me as well. Couldn't ask for more. I'll be returning all the time. Thoroughly recommend them 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Having bought fish from tropco before on this occasion was disappointed to find the Borneo sucking loach dead on delivery all the other fish fine
Wanted the the sucking loach more than the other fish ordered all credit to tropco after emailed them refunded me for the dead fish and FOC on further orders just a wee bit annoyed paying out £19-95 pp for the fish I really wanted on this occasion but overall a good online company
After emailing tropco they have kindly agreed to send me another Borneo loach this is good company that’s looking after it’s customers and cares

another amazing delivery from trop co all fish super healthy and well packed im over the moon with my new L number pleco, i messaged them when i had not managed to get one in time and the got me stock of one the next day always going above and beyond keep up the hard work guys thank you so much i will be back in the future when the wife lets me spend some more money haha

Such a professional company, from ease of ordering to getting updates about the delivery which arrived on time with all fish and frogs active and healthy. After having a bad experience with another well known company ( they didn’t let me know the delivery date and the fish sat at my back door for a few hours) I will definitely be using Tropco again. Well done guys

I have always been uncomfortable about online live fish purchases, preferring to see the conditions in the shop and to provide a short transit from store to my aquarium. However, I spotted some Melanotaenia lacustris for sale at a reasonable price at TropCo, and as I have been looking for some locally for a long time, I have purchased 5 youngsters to go with my lonely adult. These arrived promptly next day as advised by the courier company. The fish have come in a couple of large bags, well packed with brown paper and heat pads, still warm.
I have acclimatised them to my quarantine tank this morning and all but one are looking lively and healthy. One has been constantly swimming at a 45 degree angle since arriving, whereas the others are swimming more naturally and horizontally. Time will tell whether he/she will make it, but so far, I have not regretted my online purchase from TropCo.

Fantastic service, have bought from these guys multiple times now, fish were superbly packaged, really secured and safe. No issues with any of the fish, they've all settled really well. Can't thank these guys enough, makes it so easy to get new stock without having to go out and purchase. Have also had really good experience with their customer support when I need to increase my order after the purchase!

Been buying from Tropico many years all ways give them 10 out 10...but this last order (#101937) not good.
Had dead fish on arrival, which sometimes happens.
Its the fact they are not replying to emails or phone to discuss my refund is very unusual...feeling they got problems.. won't use again.

I ordered 120 pound worth fish 4 came dead out of 16 they re sent the 4 fish 3rd day in all the original fish died all had internal parasites my water was perfect they sent very bad fish not helpful at all never using again

I was very nervous ordering fish online, never have before. After asking the guys at tropco a hundred dif questions I ordered 5 pea puffers. They came on time in a wonderfully packed box with everything to recycle when my cats have finished with it. Fish were bagged separately in big strong bags and the heat pads were still warm infact my cat laid in them and went to sleep. They look happy and healthy and I highly recommend this company, they went beyond helpful to put my mind at rest. You should all be proud 👏

Very dissatisfied with my purchase product was nothing like advertised will not be using tropco ever again

Ordered some fish and shrimp for the first time from The Tropco (and first time I’ve bought online). Everything from ordering to delivery was spot on and packaging seemed good with warmth still in the heat packs. The shrimps where on the smaller side but as described but unfortunately, one did not survive the journey which is a shame.

Usual superb service from the TropCo team. My last three orders this calendar year have been perfect. I enquired regarding livestock before I placed my order and received a prompt response from Sean who provided pictures and videos of the exact fish I was planning to order. My order arrived exactly as requested, delivered by DX the following day, all fish healthy and as described. Brilliant service! 👍

Just received my Anubias golden and I’am not very happy with it sadly 😢. I have been sent two very small Rhizone’s adout 2.5cm long with 5 small leaves on one and about 7 on the other. It is very obvious there are just newly re-potted plants from A different pot! The pots have loose gravel in The bottom to weigh them down which to me looks like a driveway gravel. And The roots has not grown on to the Rockwool In anyway and just fell out with a lightest of touches. Very expensive for extremely small freshly potted plants. Sadly will not be buying any more plants for here as I feel like I have just been robbed blind!😢

I’ve made a couple of purchases from Tropco since setting my first tank up. Overall I was impressed. Fish were sent carefully packaged up with heat pads. All arrived safely.
Also bought some Goop. Totally amazing stuff. Would recommend it to anyone setting up a tank.
