Where to start? The support I received during a long (6 year) divorce settlement was exceptional. The team at The Mortgage Advice Centre/True Cost Mortgage, in particular Mike Roberts, were amazing. Mike found not one but three great mortgage deals for me, as external factors resulted in the first 2 offers expiring before completion. After each disappointment the support and calm professionalism displayed by Mike gave me some much needed hope and reassurance that it would be possible to complete satisfactorily, with advice on the mortgage and conveyancing, and the relevant questions to ask my legal team. This was achieved with email and telephone conversations, in a friendly and personable manner. Emails were answered promptly and I received regular check-ins when there had been delays from the other party.
