Absolute terrible company. We received our item and it is terrible quality and fit, they won’t respond to emails regarding a refund so we are out over $100. Do not buy from them!!!

Ordered my two hoodies back on December 18 2022 mailed out on the 20th of December 2022. Still have not received my hoodies. I have emailed trueswat 4 times for a resolve and no replies. Package is lost in Atlanta GA since the 5th of January 2023. Want to get a refund for $189.00

I ordered the 2X hoodie back in December 12, and right now, it is saying Warehouse Handling (Jan 13). I wrote to support more than 3 times, and got no response. I wished I would have seen this site before I ordered. I am going to wait one more month, and then file a complaint with my credit card company. One thing for sure, no matter what, I will not order from there again. If I can't get any support on their incompetence, then why order again?

I bought a Baerskin Hoody around the first of December, 2022. I used my debit card to pay. I`ve never received my hoody, even though I got an email confirming purchase and a tracking number. I`ve called customer service numerous times to no avail. You get a recording that is barely understandable, and they NEVER answer the phone. I called on one occasion and sat for exactly one hour and no one answered. I sat the phone down on my desk and left it on speaker phone so I could hear if some one did answer. I waited a total of THREE hours, and never got any assistance! I received an email from "Express Service" that said my package was being held in customs due to a $1.98 shipping charge. I contacted them, and tried to use my debit card to pay the charge, and was told they don`t accept prepaid cards. It finally dawned on me that I had been swindled out of a hundred bucks for something that I am never going to get. I even gave FEDEX the tracking number I was given, and they said no such tracking number existed. How can these swine get away with scamming so many people? They should all be rounded up, and put behind bars where they belong. TRUESWAT is a scam company, plus the hoody was supposedly shipped from china. I advise everyone to stay away from dealing with these pigs!

I was scammed out of my -$200 for 3x fleece hoodies with the zippers on the wrong side. Ordered on 7Dec22 for Christmas gifts and received them 7Jan23. Cheap bulls**t is what they are. If I had known they were from China I would not have ordered them. Buyer BEWARE.

SCAM ALERT! Do not order from Trueswat. Ordered 2 Hoodies December 5,2022. The tracking shows it is being held in a warehouse. Customer Service is non-existent. I do not believe the product will show up. The tracking number is fake. I will be contacting my credit card to see if I can cancel the payment.
Customer Service replied and said the hoodie would be delivered and it is one month later and no hoodie. They claimed they attempted to deliver, but there is nothing on our camera that shows it was attempted. Also, they said I had to pick it up at a warehouse, but never received an address. This is a major SCAM.

Why is this company still in business after all the bad reviews. Saw the ad on tv for the hoodie and it really looked like a good item. What could go wrong? It looked like a legit company right. I ordered it on Dec. 11 for a Christmas gift. Here it is Jan 7 and still no hoodie. Don't even waste your time sending them a email. Its like the company doesn't even exist. If I ever get the item I can give it next Christmas.

From 10 to 14 days, mmmhhh.......
UPDATE 14/Jan: 1) I had ordered on the 3rd of December (not the 13th as I wrote incorrectly).
2) the goods arrived on January 5, 2023. I don't understand why it takes so long from order to delivery. I regularly buy from non-EU countries but......... too much time for delivery.

I ordered two tactical hoodies and after I placed the order I realized the size on one was wrong. I placed the order around November 21 2022 and started to send emails immediately after. I could not get a response for weeks. I finally received an email around December 17 telling me that telling me that they had already shipped my order and they could not change the size. I received my two hoodies on December 22 and started trying to contact true swat to find out how to get the size changed and of course got no response! I then received a email wanting me to give a customer review. I gave a bad review and explained the problem I was having with my order and had been trying to change the size since the day I placed the order with no response. Within 24 hours I received a email telling me they were sorry that I had a problem with my order. The email stated that I could keep the hoodie I received that was three sizes to big and they would send me a free hoodie of the correct size. I sent an email telling them I need a medium black tactical hoodie replace the 2xL that I received. I never received a response and one of my children didn't get a present from me. I have gotten a hundred emails since I placed my order trying to sell me other products. If this is the way True swat does business I will never order from them again and i have a very large extended family that will not be doing business with them either. This simple size change should have never been a problem. Thanks for nothing Jean Knight

Long story short, ordered a hoodie (10/6/22) and it got lost "by the shipper". After several emails (no phone number or address to contact these guys), I finally was told that a replacement would ship out shortly (11/17/22). Replacement order arrives on 12/9/22 (so much for the 10-14 days they claim). Not happy with the reversed zipper and baggy fit. The original ordered hoodies shows on 12/16/22. I email (again, no phone number to call) support on 12/20/22 that I have 2 hoodies and want to return both. To-date (12/29/22) I have sent 5 emails to Trueswat support and heard nothing back. I have 2 XL hoodies that I will sell for $49.99 (lol, jk) because I don't think Trueswat will honor their Refund Policy, and I quote "We’ve made the process as simple as possible"
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
