Great sales, horrible support. I've been trying to order retainers since the 1st of May after mine broke.
I only wear upper arch retainers, so the usual go online thing gives me the "you need more support" message with a number. I call for support but get left with a voicemail and after I leave one, later receive a text message with a link to go online just to find out I need more support.
I've texted, tried another email, called, all the while my teeth not getting the protection they need.
Byte seem to put all their human resources into the sales department and leave their support desks empty.
I had a similarly bad experience with support and follow ups throughout my check ups during my treatment, and the last time I tried to order my first replacement retainers. All because I simply treated only the upper arch. When people ask about my treatment vs the other companies, all I can honestly tell them is that you guys were well priced....then I have to give them the bad stuff.
Come on guys, get your act together. Also.... Someone please call me to sort this out.

Wouldn't recommend
Disappointing experience compared to what they sell you on. Slow, mediocre results, slow, unhelpful customer service. They respond once every 2 days and just go in circles.
Very flimsy "guarantee" so they can charge an extra $899 to "continue" your treatment when they don't deliver on the original results.
Spend your hard-earned elsewhere.

Might work for very basic, simple, uncomplex dental issues, but if you have more crowded or misaligned teeth or complex issues, see a proper dentist and go Invisalign or whatever they offer in the clinic. The sales team are nice and polite on the phone, and that's where the good service ends. The technical teams are slow to respond, pass emails around and ask the same questions several times. Starting to wish I'd spent the extra money on a proper dentist and done it all through the clinic.

15 weeks in and my experience with Byte has been nothing but perfect so far. From when I got my impression kit, the customer service team have been so helpful, and answered any questions that I had about my treatment. The shipping of the kits and aligners have always been prompt, and I love the monthly check-ins show how much progress my smile has made. Highly recommended!

Byte has been awesome! The convenience and ease of using aligners only at night has been something that I have loved. Being a Hip Hop artist, I am constantly in front of the camera for shoots and music videos and having good teeth and oral hygiene is something that I highly value and is crucial to my image. I would definitely recommend Byte for anyone looking to level up their teeth game

PLEASE do not do it! Absolutely wrecked my teeth. After nearly triple the original agreed time frame had to stop my treatment immediately! My teeth are soo loose and feel like they will fall out anytime, I cannot eat simple things like an apple of steak, very disappointed!! Dont waist you time or money!

Everything went very smoothly with my treatment. Still have few more aligners but very happy with the progress.
Australia customer service is really amazing and Nathan is the guy.
They key is to trust the process and slowly changing your aligners. Listen to your teeth, move aligners when it’s the right time.

I’m currently a month into my treatment…
I’m currently a month into my treatment and everything is going well so far. Customer service from the moment you get your impression kits was amazing! Had a few issues in my first week due to discomfort and the support team replied pretty quick.
I think the only thing to note is that there could be more information that could go with the treatment plan. I joined a group with other Byte users and learnt way more than I did with the info I got from Byte.

After initially enquiring about the program, I was being contacted almost every second day to follow up if I wanted to sign up. And by 2 different people as well as the automated emails which was a bit overwhelming.
When I decided to take the step & start, Joel made the process very easy.
Haven't received the fortnightly check in's or emails as advertised.
But am onto week 5 of my aligners & am very happy so far with the results.
Hoping to have a great result at the end!
