Ordered on 30th November and received today. Originally it said 14 to 21 days delivery but then changed to 5 weeks. I got in touch with customer service and luckily it arrived just over 3 weeks from ordering. Quality is ok but looks better on all the ads and pictures. Don't understand how some reality celebrities are advertising this product, I would be embarrassed to endorse it. Will be ok for an Xmas prezzie, might try Groupon next time. Never ordering from Sweety again

Delivery took 5-6 weeks and wasn’t told it would take so long. Once I received the item, the quality was just crap and really thin

I recieved my 4 hoodies today after waiting 30 plus days, to say I am dissapointed is an understatement. 3 of the hoodies barely fit my 12 year old, 1 however is the one size fits all I expected. It would have been nice at least if they were all the same size. Dont be fooled by the advertised photos, they look nothing like them, the fabric used varies significantly in all 4 hoodies, looks like a cheap badly finished jumper you could pick up anywhere. I definitely feel I've been conned but dont expect to hear back from customer support. Total waste of money, please dont be fooled. Avoid.

Took over a month and a half to arrive, and when they finally I arrived this morning I was excited to get them wrapped for my wife, one problem though I didn’t realise these items were only large and cuddly for very very small people, although it’s still only a slightly oversized hoodie for my 6 year old!!! Complete scam and waste of money!

Item still hadn't even got to hermes so won't be here before Christmas, despite ordering a month ago. Definitely avoid.

UPDATE: item has eventually arrived and is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the item pictured. I have received a thin, cheap, small hoody. Not the item pictured at all.

Ordered a hoody on the 10th November with an estimated delivery date of 18th November. Finally arrived today (21st December). Huge relief as it is a Xmas present ordered way in advance. Unlike other reviews stating otherwise, items do arrive but wait really isn’t acceptable given the nature of the product, could have made one myself in less time! Emailed seller twice and they responded both times within 24hrs.
Wait aside, now the product has arrived it seems to be reasonable quality so no complaints and I’m sure recipient will love their gift!

Ordered a hoodie over a month ago. Hasn’t turned up. They say it’s been delivered and are telling me to chase the courier. This can’t even be done on the Hermes website. I’m sure it’s a scam. No telephone number or address on their website. Avoid.

Terrible experience. What has gone on on here is no short of a serious crime and the people running the website should be ashamed of themselves. The pictures of what is being advertised are completely different to the actual item. Dare I say anymore? DO NOT USE.

NEVER BUY FROM HERE - Placed an order on 19th November and finally today 21st December ‘20 my order arrived. I will never use this company again. The product doesn’t look anything like advertised and was very badly packed. When unpacking the items were covered in white bits, fluff and generally very poor. In light of the trouble receiving these items I have decided it’s possibly easier to keep rather than stress trying to get a refund. Also felt product may be better once washed and I know that the items are clean. One was a gift and not as nice as I was hoping but better now clean and all fluff etc removed. I emailed several times and yes they did reply, though lots of excuses for delay. I use Ebay a lot and have never had to wait for more than a few days for items to arrive. So felt 30 days unexceptable in this current time. Wish I’d seen these reviews before I purchased. Note to oneself don’t get sucked in by purchases from people you follow on Instagram.

This is not a SCAM!!

I ordered my 2 jumpers on 18th November and then saw a lot of reviews to say people had not received there's. I therefore like everyone else thought it was a SCAM. However, i received my parcel today on 21st December. It took a long time and due to them being christmas presents i decided to order 2 jumpers from another site just in case they didn't come in time. Please be patient and you will definitely receive your items.

Shocking company not received my items ordered on the 19th November and emailed several times to get a reply saying it's on the way and then when you track & trace you get reference that doesn't work

I ordered a grey oodie on the 19th November and received it on the 21st December. NOT A SCAM....but takes a very long time to come. Their email system is not them best but did get back to me in a few days. I received the Hermes tracking number on the 6th December. I would NOT order from them again though.

Rubbish quality, the real site is "sweetty". This is fake and very poorly made.
Shame i got two for christmas presents

AVOID!! Item took over a month to arrive. I was given the wrong tracking number. Emailed to query with them and received useless replies that did not help whatsoever. Item's received today and they are POOR quality, nothing like the website. Not big and fluffy and soft like Sweety state, but instead cheap, thin fabric, came covered in little pieces of the cheap white 'fleece' inner material. Came wrapped in vacuum pack bags, with a leaflet stating 'sweety' and a discount code for a future order (will not be using that) but ALSO came with a poor quality printed large card label stating 'Huggle Hoodie', 'made in china', 'as seen on tv', nothing like the website's photographs at all!! SCAM website - really wish I read the reviews prior to ordering! I am just relieved I bought them when they were on sale, and not full price.

Maybe not a scam but not good!

Many people here appear to have been drawn in (like me) to their Black Friday offers. PLEASE don't be. They don't ship your item and give you tracking numbers that mean nothing (because they haven't given it to the courier). No end of excuses but no offer of resolution/compensation.

Reported to my bank.

Shocking company ordered my wife a hoodie 15/11/2020 it’s know 21/12/2020 nothing no response to emails just a scam company who have stolen my money don’t touch with a barge poll

I placed my order 11/11/2020. 12/11/2020 LILLY ROSE debited the money from my account, after seeing all the bad reviews on here I e-mailed them to cancel my order and request a full refund. 13/11/2020 they replied to say they cannot refund me as my order has been placed into the shipping process even though I had no confirmation that this had actually happened, they advised me to look on their website for their returns policy. 26/11/2020 I e-mail them again as my order hasn't arrived within the stated timescale and to inform them that their returns policy DOES NOT COMPLY WITH UK CONSUMER LAW!! 27/11/2020 They respond and tell me they had a stock shortage and that my order has been processed for shipping (again?!) 01/12/2020 I receive an e-mail to say that my order is on its way and some tracking information, I reply to let them know the tracking information supplied doesn't work, they reply same day to say that their logistics partner has told them that my order has been taken care of so the tracking information should appear soon. 13/12/2020 I e-mail them again as the tracking info still isn't working. 14/12/2020 I receive an e-mail that tells me that my order has been confirmed (again?!) and that the tracking info will update as soon as the package is received by the courier. 17/12/2020 after reading more reviews on this website I put my tracking info into the Hermes website and see that they received my order 17/12/2020 - this was the day I was going to phone my bank and report this as fraud however my order did arrive 19/12/2020. Be careful using this company, they do reply to e-mails promptly but in broken English and they do debit your account using a different trading name. Instagram also asked me about my experience with this company as they do not have an Instagram profile. The Hoody seem very nice and soft and cosy. I'm actually really pleased with it now I've got it but will certainly not be using TrySweety again.

Absolutely useless placed order a month ago still not arrived this company is a complete waste of space!

Ordered 6th November and received finally today. Just in a clear bag no delivery note no packaging. It’s ok nothing to write home about but just glad it’s finally arrived. It’s probably just about worth what I paid but not worth the hassle!
