Wish I had seen all these reviews before I ordered from this company, 2 delivery dates and still nothing they say it is definitely on its way and is with heroes. Looks like my granddaughter is going to be disappointed on Christmas day

Not much more I can say other than SCAM the other reviews are completely accurate. Have put a claim in with my bank to get money back.... wish I had seen the reviews prior.

Nightmare company to shop with .
Order placed 14th November, now 18th December and no parcel , contacted customer service , constantly fobbed off with the same pathetic answers. Item finally delivered on 23rd December, it’s actually quite good quality, much better than I expected after reading reviews. Just a shame delivery take so long

Delivery Issue Solve
Was having the same issues as everyone else for the delivery, but they've actually given mine to Hermes today.
Don't check Whistl for tracking, it won't show up but put your tracking number into Hermes and it should show there.
Hopefully this helps some, although it did take a month between my purchase and Hermes getting the package.

I ordered in November my partner looked at the reviews as I hadn't heard anything back alot of people saying scam. I then contacted bank got my money back. Couldn't believe it when they came today. Nothing like I expected. 1 size fits all im a large male and is a bit short on arms. I also expected it to be longer as you can see on pictures its longer. If no one has got there's after waiting a long period of time contact your back and they should refund you might take a long time but should get money back... well RBS did for me. I would not recommend this company as when I asked them to stop contacting me they still continued when I believed they were a scam company.

Avoid at all cost order placed in October and still not received. Contact with customer services numerous times every time lies told with no given delivery date. The order has been shown dispatched with tracking provided for a long long time. However the tracking doesn’t exist.

This company shouldn’t be allowed to trade. Do not buy from them.

So 6 weeks after ordering, I couldn’t believe when I saw that Hermes had my parcel, it came the next day. Nice packaging, soft but a lot thinner than expected, not very fluffy on the inside, would not recommend, not worth the headache and wait of 6 weeks.

If I could give this company no stars I would have. I have ordered 3 items from them and nothing has arrived yet !

DO NOT ORDER!!! I should have looked at the reviews before ordering. 30 days after my order was placed, still nothing. Their customer service is absolutely diabolical. Keep saying they have dispatched my parcel and Hermes will deliver. Hermes tracking says they still haven’t received the parcel. Blaming Covid and all these other BS excuses. DO NOT USE!!! I have requested a refund twice and they just ignore it.

I ordered this on the 10th of November, it has still not arrived 40 days later. My emails are getting ignored, and have been sent a tracking number with a link to Whistl, after looking at some of these reviews I realised that they’ve actually given me a tracking number for Hermes. Avoid at all costs! May as well throw the money in the gutter

Total scam. I ordered from this website over a month ago and I am still awaiting delivery. I have requested a refund 3 times. The website responds advising the product has been dispatched with a different tracking website every time. I have now raised a claim with my credit card. Do not utrust this website it is a scam. The last tracking company they provided me with was parcels app.com. the reviews for this app advise it is used by scammers

DO NOT ORDER!!!!! This coming is shocking I’ve been waiting 6 weeks and it still hasn’t been delivered. Emailed them twice and they just say it’s in transit. Absolutely a scam I will be speaking to my bank to recover my money.

Awful. Don’t do it. I ordered on 12th November and still no delivery they answer messages and have said it’s in transit but will be asking my bank to recover charges today. Absolute Scam!!!

Shocking Ordered on the 19th November was told countless times that the item had been processed. however different Customer service agents told me other wise. we are now approaching 30days since order and im yet to receive anything, I doubt I will. I have gave the company time to reply and received no response so I am contacting my bank to reverse the charges.

This company is absolute shambles, ordered a hoodie on the 15th of november i got a delivery date of the 28th of november after 2 emails saying my parcel was dispatched were now on the 17th of december still no parcel, i go away for xmas on the 19th and this was a present for my fiance after her seeing chloe ferry advertising it on her instagram,
After constant messages they replies with its in transit and will be with you on the 15th of december, still nothing
I have no faith in it turning up, have asked for a refund on numerous occasions they just completely ignored!!!

Quality is absolutely rubbish, 'fluff' (if you can even call it that) comes off all over clothes. The 'wool' look in the pictures is completely misleading as it's just white material. Fabric is thin and it is TINY! Does not fit my XL partner. A Christmas present ruined. DO NOT BUY.

Don’t do it!
I placed my order on the 18th November with an agreed delivery of 12-15 days. I am now on the 16th December. 28 days later. I have tried to chase over past 28 days, and I am told it is waiting to be shipped, and that there was a stock shortage. This is shocking service. Do not buy! I just wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Please avoid. Please!

Don't order from them.
Awful company, rubbish customer service, offering polite but rote replies.
Finally, get to a point where I pin them down for a delivery date and the best they can offer is around the 24th December. Finally got a tracking number and that says between 16th Dec & 1st Jan! Way too late as xmas present.
I've asked for a full refund but no response as yet!
