Do NOT buy from this crooked business. They will charge you knowing they don’t have the inventory to ship your order and good luck getting your money refunded. Terrible business practices from a dishonest business. Buyer beware!!!!

Issues:
1) Price: For what I received I expected more, but was disappointed as the case seemed very flimsy despite the case being twice to three times the cost of other more rigid cases.
2) Quality: The first time I took my phone with the case on it, off of my magsafe car clip, one of the metal arcs on the back popped off. I'll have to glue it now as it continues to do it. Would be a nice design feature if the top edges were slightly raised above the edge of the phone screen...perhaps the screen protector would not have been crunched in the corner the first day I put it on.
3) Time: The case took 10 days to receive it, which is not normally that long, but if I'm paying $55 Cdn to buy this "bombproof" case, then it should be 'bombproof" and be a little more prompt in delivery.

Buyer beware.

Don’t order with Tulmox unless you want to be ripped off. They sent wrong phone case and will not correct it. They go silent on all requests for return. Order was in May 2024 now it’s July 2024, run around with no return shipping or any way to correct their error.

These cases are junk. Looks great, and nice and thin. But the bottom part near the plug disintegrated in about 9 months. The warranty is sadly only valid for 30 days, and the 20% discount they give you for a replacement is a poor incentive to get another weak case.

I recently upgraded from an iPhone 14 Pro to a 15 Pro and needed a new case to match. Having had a great experience with my previous Tulmox case, I decided to get another one for my new phone. Here's my detailed review:

Performance and Protection:
My first Tulmox case for the iPhone 14 Pro was fantastic. It looked stylish and provided excellent protection, surviving several accidental drops without any damage to my phone. Naturally, I expected the same quality from the new case for the 15 Pro.

Fit and Initial Concerns:
When I received the new case, I noticed it didn't fit quite as perfectly as the first one. Concerned, I reached out to Tulmox support for assistance.

Customer Service Experience:
Tulmox's customer service was outstanding (THANKS JA). They promptly responded to my query, asking a few questions to understand the issue. They quickly resolved the problem by sending me a replacement case, this one fit perfectly. To my surprise and delight, they also included a screen protector as a goodwill gesture.

Final Thoughts:
Despite reading some negative reviews, I can't agree with them based on my experiences. Every product may have occasional issues, but it's how the company handles them that truly matters. Tulmox's excellent customer service and their commitment to resolving my issue have earned my loyalty.

Products are cheap garbage. Their site talks up their quality and intent to provide quality products to customers unlike their competitors. That is all just marketing spin. Products are cheap crap. The moment I opened the package it was clear I was scammed. Save your $30/$40 and shop elsewhere.

Ordered a phone case, it’s literally flimsy plastic. Doesn’t look like it’s slick design online. For $30aud well overpriced. Probably $1-2 worth of plastic

I purchased the wrong size by mistake and on the same day I received it I contacted the email. I have yet to get an answer from them. I keep getting automatic responses. The package that came with the phone had no return address. THIs all seems like a scam. Updated 4/25: company replied and the return address is Portugal. So unless you want to spend a lot of money for shipping u are stuck with the item you want to return.

I brought a carbon case in August for my iPhone 14 Pro. A hairline crack appeared near the camera within the first couple of months, wasn’t too much for an issue and then four months. After purchasing the case, a large crack appeared at the bottom, which left the sharp edge. The sharp edge got cold and part of the case fell off.
I contacted support that then asked me for photos, even after explaining how long I’ve had the case after sending them the photos they replied with the phone cases only covered for 30 days.
My advice, by this case, if you only expect it to last 30 days.

Bought the Ultra Thin case for my iPhone and love it!

I had purchased case for my iPhone 14 Pro Max and it had an issue and contacted support team and they were able to resolve the issue by sending a new case.

The case is sleek and very protective and the MagSafe is really good.

Cell phone dropped while opening a door and has begun to shatter. Was disappointed that a simple fall caused this.

Great product it fits just a little to loose on one end it could be a little tighter my phone wiggles just a bit it just might be the case maybe I should of requested a replacement

Purchased the ultra think iPhone 13 Pro case. Love the minimal design of the case. Protects the corners and the back glass panel. Also the capability to still use wireless charging is great.

The circle stand for the iphone 13 pro max doesn't even charge the phone, very disappointed. I had to use a regular cable to charge my phone

I asked for a refund within days of ordering my iPhone case and they said no. Furthermore it’s been 3 weeks and I still don’t have the product. NEVER ORDER from this company.
They are out of the country and horrible service.

While it took a bit to receive my order, I was very happy with the case on arrival. I will need to order a new one as mine has broken on the corner near the camera.
