TWS were brilliant. From the initial quote to installation. Steven was very friendly and prompt on his initial visit. The quote was very competitive and I'm really glad I went with TWS. The shutters took 15 weeks to arrive, which I was told at the beginning and on the installation day, Steven, Al and Iain were excellent. They were friendly, hard working and EXTREMELY tidy. Their attention to detail in the finishing was impeccable too.
