I came again with my two from my friends to made the same operation

I have done 12 crowns back in October 2023 then back home New Zealand 22 hrs flight after a week one of crown has broken and bleeding gum and the bottom ones not even .. I called customer care they told me to do X-ray and send to them with pictures and after weeks their respond was to go back again just fix the broken ones,, what wast of money and time and very unhelpful customer care .. they good only when they want us to book and pay deposit .. they not willing to help for my situation as they gonna cost heaps of money to fix them here .. I don’t recommend it at all. I regret it and very bad experience

They have a complete dental laboratory, as well as the construction process under my chin, 4 months ago. When I returned to America, two of my teeth fell out. I will start repairing my teeth again
As for my accuracy, even though I used to get a massage every day, as they said. The result is that under my chin it looks like an old chin with wrinkled skin

I recently had the pleasure of visiting turkeyana Clinic and receiving treatment from Dr. Ekim, Fadwa, and Ibrahim, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, immediately putting me at ease.

Not only did dhe take the time to thoroughly understand my concerns, but she also explained the treatment options in a clear and understandable manner. I recently had a hair transplant at Turkeyana. Before having the procedure I was very nervous about flying overseas into a country I knew nothing about. I flew from Chicago and my overall experience was good. The main reason I decided to get it done at Turkeyana was because of the incredible communication from my medical consultant Joulana! She was phenomenal! She communicated so well and was very informative on what to expect. I highly recommend anyone that's wanting a procedure done to ask for her!

The procedure itself was not painful but the anesthesia injections were very painful. The one thing I disliked was that numerous people came into my room where I was having the procedure done and either assisted in the procedure (but didn't communicate who they were or what they were doing) and the communication was not very good.

Another negative was I wasn't made aware of the significant cost of medicine, shampoos, and serum that I was going to need upfront. I found out after the operation. More communication on this subject to future clients will be a major improvement.

Overall, I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking to get a transplant or procedure done. They have a lot of technology and are reasonably priced. They do good work.

Since my arrival in Istanbul the personnel at the clinic made me feel welcomed and all were very curtios.
I also want to add that the doctors I met with were totally professionals and so far into my treatment I'm delighted with the results.
You don't need to worry about any language barriers as the translators were all very capable.

It was a great experience at Turkeyana.
Good hospitality and lovely clinic. The only thing was the final cost was higher than the one informed earlier. Apart from that everything went well.

Must read, do not do any procedure with them !!! They take advantage of tourist!

Paid for multiple procedures and 1)they over charged for “extra root canal” and didn’t refund like they said they would 2) didnt actually do one of the procedures I paid for (bonding) asked multiple times during the procedures and they said “at the end they do it”, which they didn’t. Was an actual argument to try to get that refunded. Which they still haven’t refunded it 3) work they did perform instantly failed/broke. 4) botched both the dental and hair procedures!!!

Full review; I've had lots of dental done, in Canada, US, Lebanon, & now Turkey. Turkeyana by far the worst experience. 0-10 & not comparable to anything I've experienced so far. As of right now all work they did needs to be replaced and created more issues. They've also haven’t refunded me anything yet and it’s month 9!
1) 3 teeth/crown/bridges they installed instantly came / broke out. Within 5 days! They did nothing to compensate. I ended up with less teeth then how I started. 110% regret going to them.
2) Paid for Bonding + 4 teeth to have root canals.
**they didn’t do the bonding and said they would refund the procedure. Still haven’t refunded it!
**Only 3 of the 4 teeth needed a root canal. They had 2 different dentist confirm the 3 of the 4 teeth on their screen. Still waiting for the refund on 1 of the extra root canals they charged for. Said it takes 3 weeks to refund, which is not true as now I’m being told it should of been instant.
3) Not doing the bonding on my front teeth has made it so my teeth don’t match in colour. Did their teeth whitening and it did absolutely nothing!
4) Paid for 12 crowns + 2 floating teeth, bridged to the back crown on each side. I got only 4 long bridges! 4 bridges vs 12 crowns + 2 bridges. They were to give me crowns and not bridges! So now because figment is bad and I can’t floss anymore , everything has to be replaced and is sensitive
5) All work performed was a really bad job and rough. Ended up ruining my teeth and hair is patchy with doll like plugs in areas. Dental side Resulted in expensive emergency remediation work needing to be done in another country within days of the dental procedure. Emergency dentist & the oral surgeon both said all my gums were extremely cut up. They removed the remaining floating bridge as it was making my other teeth lose, the other already had broken instantly. Advised a floating back molar should of never have been done & would ruin my other teeth & also break out instantly - was just a money grab. A tooth had to be extracted as Turkeyana should not of touched the tooth as they created such a severe infection, it resulted in tooth not being saveable (that tooth had a fresh crown/bridge they put on it!). The infection was so severe it caused massive bone loss and resulted in multiple antibiotics and a bone graft needing to be done! The emergency dental team advised Turkeyana should of either treated that molar with an issue or not touched it at all. As them replacing the crown and cutting up the gums created an immediate unavoidable issue.
6) Bite was so incorrect my right side couldn’t touch & left side over touched. Causing my left canine tooth to break within hours of leaving Turkeyana. The new left floating bridge molar broke off within only 4 days due to this ! Remediating dentist said how they left my bite was unacceptable and asked where and what kind of place I went to.
7) Retainer they made me was done incorrect and caused a gap to form in the middle of my front teeth. So had to get a new guard made in Canada ($900 Canadian) to close the gap. ** I just had braces for 5 years removed 2 months prior, so all teeth were perfectly straight with zero gaps prior to Turkeyana !

#Turkeyana didn't offer any refund for their poor quality / error. They are aware of all the issues and emergency remediation that had to be done and the cost! They know the bridges instantly broke & offered nothing! They stopped responding to the agent who set me up in Canada! They followed up with me this fall, but still have yet to refund me and are now trying to state it was already done.

Honestly they could of at-least refunded what was over charged and gone above to try to refund or fix the errors they caused. But seriously nothing at all but lies from them. With zero accountability

I traveled from the United States for a hair transplant and extensively researched various centers in the Middle East. Without hesitation, I chose Tirkeyana Beauty Center. They facilitated everything through WhatsApp, making logistics easy. Despite a long flight, the procedure took place the next day. The staff provided a helpful consultation, a shave, and took pictures. While the procedure was generally tolerable, the local anesthesia injections were a bit painful. The staff was efficient, consistently checking on my comfort during the 8-hour process. The overall cost is fair compared to the US and other centers, and they provide accommodation and transportation. The procedure was conducted by registered nurses, which, as a physician, I understand. It's crucial to ensure medication is included in the package. I highly recommend this center and will update on the results.
