Not satisfying experience of flying by turkish airlines
Hi my Name is Malika Saleh . Last year on December I booked a Turkish airline’s tickets for 3 passengers from an agency , which is called Get4flight . It costed me a lot , but unfortunately due to not receiving my PCR test results on time ,I had to cancel the flight and rebooked it again by paying 462 £ for the tickets differences and supposed to fly by the end of this month. As a circumstances has been changed ,most of Turkish flights have been cancelled recently ,so my flight was cancelled too. According to airline policy I should I offered full refund, but the below agency is refusing to give me back my full refund. They just would like to refund me 50 to 60 % of my ticket’s original price excluding the tickets difference’s which is really disappointing and not acceptable at all it’s considered against the law and airline’s policy , and this matter should be given a serious attention and must be dealt by the airline’s authorities at the first place . After waiting 30 minutes for them to answer they told me that they have an general update ongoing and that i had to call back 2 hours later. when i then called the next day and also waited 30 minutes again the customer service doest even speak proper english and if they cant/want to help you they will just transfer you to another one or put you on hold without even saying it first. This happens especially if you want to change your ticket or whenever there is money involved. All this because they had scheduled my flight and then i couldnt change myself through their website and it gave a message that i had to call their customer service. They basically dont want you to change your ticket even though you pay them beforehand for that option and so they want you to buy a new ticket basically. Such a shame for otherwise such a beatiful country. These people dont represent Erdogan.

One of the worst customer service in any airline since today. I have been in the airport from 9 am although my flight was for 11:30 from London to Ataturk and then to Tashkent Uzbekistan.they were asking for CoVid test although I Had showed them my Both COVID-19 Vaccine Pass. they marked me as no show for my flight and said you can’t fly . Basically they said buy a new ticket. Zero zero zero Customer service. I lost my Hotel Booking

I wish I can write very bad review even under zero for this airline. I really wasted my time and my money and it is last ever book with this airline. I booked the flight from San Francisco on April 27 but they sent itinerary for April 28. I called right away and spoke with one of the representative and he said we can not change and if you cancel you will lose your fund. So I stayed with my flight but due to my test result that was not ready at time of result again I missed my flight, and one of the representative after one hour answered the phone said write a feedback to get fully refund and I did. After I called to have fully refund their customer support said you will get partial refund but I said it was not my fault when the test result was not ready. Also your company sent me wrong itinerary and confused me and created a lot of stress. I said to them I will take legal action. None of the staff has same direction and clear for their rules and everyone has their own direction. This is joke international airline.

I am very saddened to write this review/feedback about Turkish Airline, as today we have been a target to of serious discrimination at Munich Airport at the hands of Turkish Airline staff.
Today, my wife travelled alone with our son from Munich to Istanbul via Turkish Airlines. And as travelling alone with a kid is a great challenge on its own, it is much more difficult when you are discriminated and stripped from your basic rights.
Today at Munich airport at the Check-In we requested Airport Service, which was pre-booked, as my wife is travelling alone with a kid. But we are told at the check-in counter that, the service is NOT allowed/offered by the Munich airport. Although, after inquiring at the Munich Airport info, we were told that the service is available and has been given to other. After which we asked at the Turkish Airline counter to provide us the service and they REFUSED us again with the same excuse. The shocking thing was that we encountered an old man (not on wheelchair), travelling on the same flight, was being escorted by the Munich Airport personal (Airport Service). on inquiring the old man how he got the airport service, he told us that he requested it on at the check-in counter just like we did, BUT IN OUR CASE, WE WERE DISCRIMINATED FOR UNKNOW REASONS AND WERE NOT PROVIDED THE SAME SERVICE.
Even after all that, we were asked by the Turkish Airline staff to give away the child stroller (buggy), as it is NOT allowed by the Munich airport and it will NOT be collected at the airplane gate. And, by giving away the stroller, before the airport security, it is difficult for an alone mother to deal with the hand carry, baby care bag and an active child, as the walk from airport security to the gate is about 20 mins. But the SHOCKING thing is that after entering the airplane, MY WIFE WAS REALLY SHOCKED AS SHE WITNESSED A FAMILY (MOTHER, FATHER BOTH WITH A CHILD) BRINING A STROLLER INSIDE A PLANE, AS ON THE OTHER HAND, AN ALONE MOTHER WITH LUGGAGE AND A CHILD HAS TO DRAG EVERYTHING FOR ABOUT A 1KM LONG WALK WITHOUT ANY AIRPORT SERVICE.
Travelling with Turkish airline has always been difficult, but we always manage with the difficulties somehow, but today we are not sad for the because we were refused from our rights but, the same rights were given to someone else but not us. Was it because we do not talk in Turkish language or maybe we accept easily what we are told?

Frustrating, stay away if you can
The website & mobile app are an absolute pain to wrestle with, even after booking, they error out when trying to checkin and direct you to the customer service phone number. After 20+ minutes wait, the customer service rep was rude and could not perform the checkin, or tell me how much airport checkin is going to cost.

After the Turkish airline lost my baggage, I received a lot of wrong, misleading, conflict information during my stay in Turkey, then they did not find my baggage and did not give me any compensation.
I have all documents, I am really thinking to sue them and take all legal actions against this chaos.

The service is very arrogant, unfriendly and lazy. Some are even not work tidy in the airport. On phone talking with neighbor instead of listening the customer. Not paying money back after flight cancellation. Definitively not recommend THY. It is a shame of Turkey.

flight TK7734 at 11:25 on 14th of February, 2021 which was delayed for over 3 hours caused us missing our next flight to IAD and we rebook for next day that made our COVID 19 test expired and we had to do another test which cost us $320.49 each total. and they refuse to pay for it.
I will sue them and I have all the papers and pictures to proove it.
